I wanted to buy, but I noticed there is an automatic subscription. It is not clear for what service exactly!!!
I see that many people have fallen for this scam. I’ve heard that their pills are really good. But I don’t want to give any profit to such awful business

Very slow production and delivery. They promise 9-14 days. It has been one month now, and my order is still in production. This is unbelievable, given how expensive the products are and how much they charge for shipping!!
Also the website is designed very poorly. There is a link to track order, but the link redirects to home page. Also the link for customer support redirects to home page.
Also be aware that the products are shipped from China, eventhough the “contact us” page shows Paris.

I wish I could give zero star. I bought a descovery set, and I would set, all fragrances had the same painful headache-causing base. On the surface, there is a bit of the original fragrance, but it's gone after a few minutes, and you are left with a huge headack. My 60 Euros, right to the waste bin.

The mattress was ok the first six months. But practically on usable afterwards. I suffer every night sleeping on them, after 2 years of using them.
In their reply to my comment they said they have sent me an email. But I have not received any.

I purchased a vpn account with a 30-day trial (with money-back guarantee).
I bought it for my family in Iran, but it does not work there, so I want to cancel. However, cancellation with refund is impossible. My dashboard does not show this option. I wrote an email to their customer service, but they simply said I have to cancel from my dashboard!!
This is a sham!

Ich habe 2 Leuchten bei Made.com bestellt. Von Anfang an, bei aufmachen der Packung bis installation, fühlt man sich respektiert. Die Lampe waren sehr hochwertig (diese Qualität habe ich nicht in viel teurere Leuchten nicht gesehen) und einfach zu montieren. Ich hatte nichts mit dem Kundenservice zu tun, daher die kann ich nicht bewerten. Alles andere Tiptop.

I bought two wall lamps and bedsheet. The quality of wand lamps was rather low. Bt what I really did not like about them is that they asked me to review my order on their website. I wrote a detailed review of the lamps but they said they will not publish it because I didn’t follow the review rules. But I think they simply did not want to publish negative review on their website. I think this is not an honest approach!

I am also a victim. I received an email confirming my subscription, which I never read, as it was directed to spam folder. Last month I received an invoice from them that I have to pay 103 Euro for my subscription to Focus online. I never read Focus!! I called them and they said my cancellation period is over. I kept telling them that I have never ordered anything. Why should I know to cancel that! Now they keep sending Mahnungen! What should I do?!!! This is an absolute scam!
