One of the worst customer service I’ve…
One of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! First it took them around a month to deliver the order. Then, when the glass door finally came, the delivery was a total mess. With no previous notification about when the glass door would be delivered, we spent a lot of time trying to contact their service to find out more details, and had no way to contact the driver to coordinate suitable time slots. Service was not helpful and although it promised to get back it never did. The driver of course came by in the one hour we were not at home and then took the door with him again and only delivered it two days after the first attempt!
The so called “delivery” consisted of the driver leaving the glass door on the pavement without any notice. We only found out that it had being standing outside in the pavement for who knows how long, after again repeatedly calling the service to get information about the estimated delivery time.
On top of that, the door was delivered on along with a large plastic pallet and a large wooden pallet, which we now have to get rid of ourselves!
So all in all, definitely not worth the few crowns we saved on this glass door. Never again

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your delivery experience did not meet expectations. We fully understand your frustration and apologize for the inconvenience caused.
It is important to mention that your order was placed during our summer campaign with 15% discount. This campaign was launched precisely because our factory was closed for the summer holidays, resulting in longer delivery times than usual. We wanted to compensate our customers for this delay, which is why the discount was offered.
Regarding the delivery itself: as confirmed in our email correspondence, your glass door was scheduled for delivery on August 26th. Our external carrier should have provided you with a notification by SMS/email with a more specific time slot, but unfortunately this was not handled correctly. We regret that you were not contacted in advance, and that the door was left outside without proper coordination. This is not in line with our agreement with the carrier, and we have followed up with them to prevent similar situations in the future.
Concerning the packaging: we always secure glass on a wooden frame/pallet for safety during transport. This packaging becomes the customer’s property upon delivery and must be disposed of at a recycling station. You were also informed of this when you received your delivery date.
We are pleased that the glass door itself arrived undamaged and that the required hinges were included. The additional spacers mentioned are only used for wall installations and are not required for doors, which is why they were not part of your order.
We regret that despite our communication along the way, you were left with a negative overall impression. Your feedback is valuable, and we will continue to improve both our communication and the performance of our logistics partners.
