Was send a incomplete and defective kitchen. the support both in the shop, on the phone or via email is non-existent, literally no one is answering. Elgiganten customer service also says they have nothing to do, epoq is just a different company. A different company that happens to have the office in every elgiganten shop surprisingly. If you for whatever reason want to buy a kitchen from them, try to contact the support, you will realize that unfortunately there is none.
Update. After i gave a one star review they promptly answered and called me and send the defective piece to my address. Quality is really good, i bought also from hth and it feels the same, i definitely recommend the quality, but the service could be more improved.

Review of America Car Rental
I rented from cancun 2 km from the airport. Took a chevy suburban, the car was not in the best visual condition, and had a few lights on the dashboard, but then again it's a chevy those things come from the factory with check engine light on. The paint job was bad, but i saw it everywhere in Cancun, it feels like they paint them outside and don't use any finishing varnish. Car worked as expected though, no issues whatsoever, price was fair and they didn't tried to force me insurances and gave all my deposit back.
The reason why I give only 2 stars, they have a sign at the entrance that staff should not receive any cash payments, yet again after I got the car the guy who delivered it showed me a board with the word "tips?" Written on and told me that I should give him something because he works for tips.
America car rental, do you not pay your employees and you just rely on tips? I'd usually tell him to f himself, but then if i don't tip he might find imaginary damages on my car, kinda annoying situation. Same when you return, big jars with tips written on. Just increase the prices with 5% and pay your employees.
I'll give them 4 stars because they updated me and hopefully they will take action. Make tipping optional, but do not ask for a tip, it's really rude and makes you worried that if you don't tip then some damages might miraculously appear.

Had my flights canceled. Received message from Norvegian via text and email about it so I wrote airngo. They said that it's not true.
I've send them screenshot about it, now they say they'll investigate because for them the flight departed. Not to mention that I wrote the request in English and they reply in Swedish. What a crap agent.
Review of Europcar
I paid together with my flight tickets for a car reservation in Berlin Tegel. I looked closely not to have to pay any deposit or look for any indicator to pay it online with my company card.
All went ok until 2 days before my flight when Europcar sends me a link to check in, which was longer than the Eiffel tower and still it didn't redirect anywhere, meh, sh#t company, sh#t..links, whatever.
Funny was that it said to being my ID together with my credit card and a apropiate amount of money on it. What is apropiate Europcar? 1 Euro? 500 marks? 7000 Crowns? Nothing else written.
Then the bad started when I tried to contact customer service, and I got redirected so many times and each time had to say what I wanted, just to be redirected again and then hang up.
I asked for a manager, but I was declined because "the manager doesn't want to talk to you because he doesn't want and I can assist you", which ofc the employee did not assist in any way whatsoever. Also got hang up.
After several calls I'm losing my calm and tell the employee that I've just started another talk that I want to talk to her manager. She told me that she doesn't speak English, on a English line that I have selected, and I must call again. She didn't want to redirect or pass me to her colleague or anything. Just to hang up and call again. I asked her for manager, but apparently her brain couldn't comprehend a international word as "manager" and kept repeating "no English" like I was in a bad show of American dad series.
I was always afraid to rent a car from a car rental company because of hidden charges they might take,and this was my first time that I wanted to rent one due to work and tight schedule, but f u Europcar, i Will not rent one now because of this great service you provide.
You are a disgrace for any company, I'm really sad I didn't recorded your employees so everyone can hear what tone they have and trying to make you feel guilty.
I would hope that you get bankrupt, but then again your employees might get hired somewhere else, so better stay in business and keep those guys there so I know who to avoid.
Review of Kia Danmark
I've had a Kia Rio 2014, and I was quite satisfied with the car, good performance and easy to use. But the service and prices of the authorized dealers are high, 7 years warranty is some story you tell your kids when they go to bed. I got charged 700 DKK just for the authorized service to tell me that when you have the ventilation set to go up, the start and stop won't work. They didn't informed me of this when I bought it, which is rubbish. As well I couldn't get a copy of a english manual, and just for a simple service they charge around 3500-4500. Not to mention they want to change the braking fluid at 30000.
Forgot to mention the cracks you can hear at over 90 kmph, like the car was not screwed as it should. And the fact that you have to remove the engine in order to change a position light...
Or the fact that I had to try 4-5 times to put it in reverse, otherwise it was getting blocked somehow. Anyway, I got a Renault now, and my Kia Rio will have another lucky owner.
