I bought two pairs of Nike Vision trainers ('pumps') from Sports Direct (white, and black and white) and as we all know they give credit-notes instead of returning people's funds - credit-notes are much of the time pointless if you happen to have very particular clothing tastes - and which turned out to be a realised nuisance as only within one hour did I notice when looking down at them as I was wandering out-and-about shopping a crease on the top where you bend your foot in a natural walking motion and which is what product-designers are meant to avoid when working on a shoe's structure because otherwise a crease in that specific area will soon become permanent and your new footware will rapidly look in used condition.
I phoned Nike and they said I have to provide photos of the fault and receipts in PDF-format and which was awkward in itself as one of the purchases had taken place in a physical store rather than online; and, when achieved, they would then have the trainers collected.
I go about this, having to trot down to the local store as well as communicate with online staff (the two pairs were bought via both those means) and then after having gone to the trouble of emailing them, along with all the requested documents, their 'Nike Service' department responds by declining my case with the excuse that the fault is wear and tear, myself having explained in length on the phone that the photos were taken immediately after wearing them on that first occasion (the photos are date-stamped). So, they dismissed my claim with a mistruth.
This result is not actually surprising because I had tried to obtain some contracted work ages ago as a video-editor with their company, my producing undoubtedly blowing their standards out of the water, and they wouldn't give me the hours and I knew at the time this was because they didn't like being inferior in any way. Something of a 'funny' attitude. Their recent lie as to the design-fault of these trainers fits with a company that won't admit it is wrong or is second-best even when it sometimes is.
Anyway, in short, the Nike Vision trainers are badly designed and I wouldn't advise buying them.

My order took over a month to arrive. I still haven't received it. After weeks of back and forth I finally got informed I could get a compensation in the form of a gift card. And it would land before the end of the week. I received an email for a gift card with 2 DKK on it as opposed to the 2500 DKK I was informed I'd receive (the price of the shoes) I tried to purchase. Very unprofessional, service numbers weren't working. Extremely disappointing. I would recommend buying in person from somewhere like Marathon Sport. Took me over 4 hours of my time on service calls and waiting in the shop. And I doubt I will receive any real form of compensation.

No way to check availability of products on the website. There is no such information. This is huge waste of time.
I sent a package back to Nike on 29…
I sent a package back to Nike on 29 December with 3 things in it. I
got a receipt from postnord and thought everything was good.
On 6 January I get an email from them with a refund but only of the two items that were in the box.
I contact Nike on 13 January, where I write with an employee who can see that they need to refund for the running shoes and she will make sure that I receive my money within 5-8 days.
Unfortunately they never come and I have to contact them again.
Now the message is that they have not received the shoe. I explain that I have received a return for 2 of the items in the box, so they must have received the running shoe.
I have sent both the tracking number, pictures of the return label, receipt that the package has been sent.
Nothing happens and I feel really cheated.
have never had problems with nike before but this experience means that we as a family will never shop with them again.

Et par af mine Jordans er gået i stykker inden for garantiperioden, og derfor kontakter jeg Nike for at få en form for kompensation. De giver mig to muligheder. Enten skal jeg sende dem retur, hvorved jeg vil blive kompenseret, og ellers skal jeg tage ind i en Nike-butik med dem. De kan også give en 20% rabatkode – fedt når de kører 25% grundet Black Friday. Derfor kører jeg til Aarhus, hvor jeg får at vide, at de ikke kan behandle ordrer fra Webshoppen, fordi de ikke er en partner-butik men blot en form for Reseller. Det virker ekstremt ulogisk taget deres ALT, der resterer af information omkring denne butik i betragtning. Den eneste information, der bliver givet, er, at det er en (partnered)-butik på Nikes hjemmeside. Det er ikke noget, de gør meget ud af at fortælle om. De kunne i hvert fald ikke gøre noget. Derfor ringede jeg igen til Nike, som kun kunne give mig én mulighed – at indsende skoene. Det stoler jeg simpelthen ikke på. De er alt for værdifulde for mig til, at jeg bare vil sende dem ind og eventuelt få nogle penge tilbage. Jeg synes, at det er ekstremt ringe, at der ikke stilles andre løsninger i udsigt. Vi er godt vante i Danmark, hvor andre forhandlere kompenserer, men åbenbart ikke Nike.
A couple of my Jordans have broken within the warranty period, so I contact Nike to get some kind of compensation. They give me two options. Either I can send them back, in which case I will be compensated, or I can take them to a Nike store. They can also give a 20% discount code - great when they're running 25% off due to Black Friday. So I drive to Aarhus, where I'm told that they can't process orders from the webshop because they are a partner store but not an official reseller. This seems extremely illogical considering ALL that remains of information about this store. The only information given is that it is a (partnered) store on Nike's website. It's not something they make a big deal about. They certainly couldn't do anything about it. So I called Nike again and they could only give me one option - to return the shoes. I simply don't trust that. They are far too valuable to me to just send them in and ‘possibly’ get a refund. I think it is extremely poor that no other solutions are offered. We are used to other retailers in Denmark compensating, but apparently not Nike.

Absolute disgrace
Absolute disgrace. Your quality of your trainers nowadays is the worst it’s ever been in the 40 years I have been wearing Nike.Had to send back 5 pairs of your poorly made trainers back due to marks scuffs glue stains and frayed tongues in the past week. Absolute joke when you charge over £200 for some of your trainers. Is it because the poor Vietnamese people you have making them are on less then a $ an hour? Fix up Nike your one of the biggest names in the world don’t make it it was one. Very unhappy because by the time I have sent the trainers back as I only received the 2 replacement pairs yesterday to sneakersnstuff they will have probably sold out of my size in at least one of the colour ways.I haven’t got time to be messing about sending your faulty goods back it’s even worse coming from a different retailer like sns because they have a quality inspection so does Nike have a quality inspection before they are sent out to the customer and I’m still getting trainers like they have been made by nobody! I need this issue solving as it’s the 5th pair I’ve received in 1 week which have been faulty. 4 x airmax 90,s (glue stains,scuffs on outer sole and the heels are always marked and painted poor.Toes are 90% of the time marked specially if suede. 1x air furyosa (watch out for frayed tongues,marks on outer sole). Ordered on the 27th of November and have still not (9th of December) recieved the product or head any news. Nike was fast enough though to send the invoice one day after the order was placed :-(.
