In love with the stationery I bought from Nomado store! My order shipped fast with good tracking so I knew when it would arrive. Also the packaging and hand-written thank you note were so cute! I would definitely buy again!

Great quality products and excellent customer service. I would thoroughly recommend buying from Nomadostore - I will certainly buy from them again. Sadly let down by FedEx. C’est la vie.

When an item I had been dreaming about finally came back in stock I was super excited to place my first order with Nomado. It shipped super fast and when I opened my item I was very impressed. Not only did they take my note into consideration when selecting the perfect item for me but the little details of the packaging made me smile on the inside and outside. I look forward to buying more beautiful hand-crafted items from Nomado.

First time ordering and im so impressed. Order (a superior labor bag) was packaged and sent straight away and i got a notification soon afterwards that it would be delivered the next day. That was today. Yes, i was hit with a customs charge, but i knew that might happen, and tbh, its worth it! Delivery from Belgium to northwest England within 24 hrs is amazing! Packaging is great and of course, the bag is incredible! So so glad i ordered and would not hesitate in ordering from Nomado Store again!

Everything was going well, I ordered a Peg & Awl, The scout, Plein Air Painting Box, up until the delivery, Fed Ex sent a message saying it would be delivered on Friday 11/10/2024, waited in all day no delivery, waited in the next two days before actually getting a new notice of delivery, needless to say it didn't arrive. However, upon checking my emails 10 mins later it was marked as delivered. To add insult to a big sack of disappointment, I got hit with a £108 customs charge, which had not been pointed out to me prior to my order. Got in touch with Charles who, at first was ok, but very rude towards the end when he replied to my message stating 'I would never buy anything else from abroad' as 'probably a good idea' I think customers should be made aware of the customs charge and the added £12.75 which goes to the seller.
Truly disappointing experience, delivery complete shambles, item however brilliant but shine of getting it marred my FedEx incompetence & unethical procedures, as well as the lack of upfront clarity, regarding charges, on the sellers part. Thanks Charles

I'm testifying the shop is legit, professional in service and I was very happy with the Superior Labor engineer bag I ordered back in September 2019. it was shipped to the Philippines where I live and it arrived on time.

I am very happy with my purchases from nomadostore. They have a very nice online shop, and their service is fantastic. I have bought from them several times, and everything had gone smoothly. It is very good to have a store like them, here in europe, that send to other european countries.

In the last few years I have been a regular customer of Nomado. I highly appreciate their products, which are picked from the best producers of stationery and accessories around the world and that is immediately visible from their excellent website. What is less obvious and more valuable is their impeccable customers’ service which include the beautiful packaging AND the super quick delivery. This last detail is not obvious at all. Many online shops ship and charge via courier but (and it remains a mystery to me although I’m sure there must be a reason for that) it takes ten days and sometimes more to get the items delivered. So I only have words of praise for Nomado, one of the few who cares not only about the sale but about the service to their clients. Kudos

I've ordered from this store a few times--they stock a wonderful array of European and Japanese notebooks and accessories, and even with the international shipping added in, they are often the most affordable option, especially for Roterfaden covers. The shipping is really fast -- my orders have always arrived within a week, which is particularly impressive since I'm on a different continent! Just once, the wrong item was sent to me. I emailed the store and Nomado's owner sent out the correct item within 24 hours. Because the return would be so pricey, the owner told me not to worry about returning the incorrect item, to keep it as well. That is the definition of great customer service, and another reason I recommend Nomado wholeheartedly.

I have made a number of major purchases with Nomado Store over the last five years. All aspects of every transaction have been stellar. Nomado Store is not a normal online retailer. It is a labor of love for the founders, and a joy and a resource for customers. They not only bring us wonderful products, but collaborate with great small manufacturers to bring unique, exclusive designs into being. Customer service is exceptional: I’ve emailed questions and had a detailed response within an hour or two.

It’s pretty obvious that companies like The Superior Labor and Royal-Warrant-holder Croots would not have longstanding relationships with Nomado Store unless the ***** reviews here are the accurate ones.

This is one of my most favorite stores for brands such as The Superior Labor and other quality stationary goods. Just received a gorgeous leather planner today! Excellent customer service and lovely attention to detail when packing and shipping items. Highly recommend!

I adore Nomado Store. I’ve ordered from them several times. Each item is of exceptional quality and packed and shipped with care. Photos and product descriptions are accurate and they have items you can’t get anywhere else. I’ve had excellent experiences with customer service. Charles and team respond to my questions quickly and the hand-written notes included with orders are lovely.

Ordered twice from them, one time a Superior Labor shoulder bag, second time a SL notebook cover.
Communication beforehand was fantastic. Items were sent fast and lovely packaged. Nothing but a splendid experience and would always order from them again. Highly recommend!

Nomado store curates amazing leather, stationary and travel goods from Japan and other places. All of their products are crafted by artisans and handpicked to fit their beautiful Nomado style. Not only do they sell online, they also have opened more recently a store in Belgium. The communication is always great, and the shipping really quick.

Nomado Store has a brilliant selection of well made stationery, especially from Japan. I bought a shodō (Japanese calligraphy) portable kit from Akashiya and a fountain pen from Taiwanese brand YStudio and they were both delivered carefully wrapped and on time. I often visit their store for inspiration and to discover new brands.
