🌿 Nordic Green Energy is my favorite energy company I have ever had a contract with! 🌿 Services are always friendly and professional, super affordable contract deals and most importantly; they support sustainable development! One of the things I loved, was the option to choose which sustainable resource I would like to retrieve my energy from and they had a variety of options!
I am quite a an environmentally-aware person and it is significant for me to take part in the restoration of our chokin environment. Actually, in our country everything is okay with that, because our government utilizes the most cutting-edge technologies to increase consumption of "clean" energy without particular emmissions. Nevertheless, I know how they are done in other countries, so that is the reason why I choose ONE. They have an advanced mobile application which depicts how much energy you consume.

Whatever you do - stay away from this company.
They made a contract without my knowledge and it was an extremely expensive bill I got from them. I don’t understand how they are able to create a contract without even speaking to me first. Stay far away from this company and if they ever call you: hang up.
Scammy salesman. I asked for a draft of a contract, and got a signed contract instead, while the price has not look like what has been discussed. Asked the salesman to cancel the contract, the guy cancelled me instead.
If you guys did get your electricity contract from the guys in Pasila station, try to cancel it as soon as possible, because they will not cancel it easily, they will wait for 14 days cancellation period to end and said that it's not possible or even said it was cancelled, while it was not.
I received a call from this company and the caller wanted to change my electricity contract. We went trough my current contract and came to a conclusion that I will save around 20% in the future. I received my first bill yesterday and it was 12 euros cheaper compared to the previous bill. Only minus was that I requested the terms of the contract as paper, but I found it in my email. I would recommend their services.
Scam - they do their best to trick you with fine print in contracts and then impose all kinds of fees when they can.
We will take them to court and encourage you to do the same. Support local players who respect people and companies not these type of companies. Let's make their existance short lived by choosing someone else.

It’s funny how it says I should write something, honest, helpful and constructive. But NORDIC GREEN ENERGY does none of those !
Changed my contract without my knowledge, left me without electricity for 2 days because of the terrible customer service (long waiting times and not straightforward)
All my food products have gone bad in the fridge as you could imagine, and they will not provide any compensation for it.
380e just to turn back the power. To send a man to push a button I have to pay 380 ? 😅
I’m not sure how legal their working is but I am going to find a route where I will hold them accountable.
They have put an electricity agreement which I did not agree to, to my electricity distributor without my knowledge. The agreement is much more expensive than the current agreement I have. I have tried many times to call them, they keep me on the line for 45 minutes. It has consumed my phone bill. They would not reply to my emails about canceling the agreement. Do not get an agreement with them in anycase.
