After years of being a loyal customer of Notino Spain, moved to Germany. I couldn't login to the German site with my Spain login, so decided to use my second email to register in the German site. The result? 'We couldn't complete the registration'

What a lame way to lose loyal international customers...

My package was not delivered properly

My package was not delivered properly — it arrived empty. When I explained the situation to customer support, they told me they couldn’t do anything and did not refund my money. Just a terrible website and terrible customer service.

Horrible

Horrible. Ordered two L'oreal hair colors, received a damaged package with the two boxes of hair colors inside also completely damaged and one box was stained with the OPENED hair dye.

The shampoo it was good not perfect but…

The shampoo it was good not perfect but it was little and very very expensive it was not how it show to the internet that it did not fell the hair it fell the hair to me and the balsam have a strange small I use it but after i stop because it did fell a lot after .

I bought a sun cream as a gift

I bought a sun cream as a gift, but when it arrived, it was due to expire in one month. I had to pay to return it, and I clearly stated both in my email and in the return package that if it could not be delivered within a specific time frame, I no longer wanted the product and requested a refund.
Despite this, they sent the item after the stated time and ignored both my email and the note included in the box. As a result, the product is no longer useful to me. My skin is sensitive, and the person I intended to give it to as a gift lives in another country.
Based on this experience, I find the support team’s handling of the situation to be very poor.

Bad customer support, and return shipping cost

I bought two Anaphase Ducray shampoos, one for myself and one for my friend. First of all, they were delivered after two weeks, so my friend had already purchased hers from somewhere else. Later, when I contacted customer support, they told me they couldn’t send me a return label and that I would have to pay the shipping fee, even though the delay wasn’t my fault.

I ended up keeping both shampoos, but after using them I realized they seem worse and cheaper in quality. After using them, I noticed that I started losing a lot of hair.

For quality and better customer support use others platforms instead of this.

Order cancelled…

Ordered a product on sale that had plenty of stock. Got an order confirmation. Now my order was cancelled due to the item being out of stock. Hopefully my money will returned without any problems.

Notino was ok until they partner with DPD

I have been ordering from Notino for years and everything was fine until they started using DPD.
Yesterday DPD said that my package had been delivered. Unfortunately there was no package anywhere. Funny enough I was at home and went immediately to the door when I have got the " delivered" notification. I guess someone is just abusing the system and it looks amazing that after so many complaints other companies still use these unprofessional delivery services. Now I have just lost my parcel and both Notino and DPD wash off their hands! How many people are they stealing from?!
Notino cannot rely on DPD. I will now avoid Notino too

Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service. My package is missing, but marked delivered. So I contacted both Notino and DPD. After weeks of sending me back and forth among themselves, I am still left without resolution. DPD keeps saying that Notino is responsible for initiating an investigation and Notino keeps saying that they are not responsible, because I set up a drop off location and therefore released them from any responsibility. I explained them many times that I have proof that the package was not delivered to my specified drop off location, in which case they are still liable by law, but they keep sending me the same message that they are not responsible...

Order will not be delivered

I’ve been a regular and loyal Notino customer for quite some time, but lately their customer service and reliability have become very disappointing.

I placed an order on October 9th, 2025, which was shipped via DPD. After six days with no delivery, I emailed their support team and was told to “wait a bit longer.” I waited several more days and contacted them again, only to be informed that the delivery company had returned my parcel. They assured me they would resend it via DHL, and I agreed — mistakes can happen.

However, when the order finally arrived, the main perfume I ordered was missing, and only a small oil (which I didn’t actually need) was included. When I asked about it, they casually replied that the perfume was out of stock — yet they still sent the rest of the order without asking me first.

Trying to give them another chance, I placed a second order once the perfume showed as back in stock — and the same thing happened again. The order never arrived, and every time I contact customer service, I just get the same generic response to “please wait.”

I’ve been patient and understanding, but this has gone too far. Sadly, this will be my last order with Notino.
