Poor customer service

I ordered 3 pairs of boxers on a Buy 3 get 3 free offer.
When the package arrived there were only three pairs. I tried on one pair and they were a terrible fit.
I contacted Octipa to try and return the two unused pairs and obtain a refund for the three pairs not sent. I received a reply from "Jade De Chez" asking for my order number which I sent by return. Since then I have had no reply except blank emails from Jade with no content on 6th, 14th and 17th of January . Each time I asked where the content weas. To date I have received no refund and no other contact. Very poor customer service.

They say they cannot find my records. Considering I have written to them now 4 times, there must be something strange about their records.
They asked me for a photograph of the faulty articles, which I sent. Then 2 days ago they asked me for it again, saying they hadn't received one. I replied, attaching the photograph again. Since then no contact from them once more. What do I have to do to return these knickers, under what they say is a guarantee?

Both briefs and boxer trunks are fine for in the house.

Both briefs and boxer trunks are extremely comfortable to wear. I am now several months after HoLEP surgery. But for anything more than sitting or pottering about the house, they really cannot cope. I can go for a day in disposable pants from the supermarket, walking cross-country, going to the cinema, shopping. But I would embarrass myself trying to do the same in Octipa wear. I have just returned soaked from a forty-minute walk in Octipa wear.

I am disgusted with the adverts for this product, After having my Prostate removed due to cancer, my incontinence is heavy, these adverts make out I'm to blame for leaking onto trousers etc, well guess what your pads might last 5 mins with me, so stop sending this advert to my tablet and phone, I only wanted to check this product out!

Big disappointment

I received my product and am not happy at all.
This product is only for those little dribbles that may come out on the way to the bathroom.

Not for me

I found these awful to wear. I have prostate cancer and whilst Im not incontinent I do struggle with urgency and some occasional dribbles. Without going into detail I found getting access when urgent was very tricky and most wetting of the underwear occurred during the act. I've never had a problem with access using Tena men and these were probably more suited to those with incontinence. Won't be using/buying these again.
As an update I have been contacted by Octipa customer service who have tried to help but I think it's simply just a case of this product not being suitable for my particular needs, nothing more nothing less. As they have tried to help I've upped my review to 2 stars.

Don't think I would buy again

I bought 3 pairs of these underware and they looked to be very good but I have had to report that one pair already show signs of deterioration at the waistband as the seam is coming apart and this is after one ware and Wash. I also find them extremely uncomfortable to ware particularly in hot weather as they are constantly sticking to my skin as they seem to produce perspiration when sitting on a chair for an hour or so. I haven't got a major leak problem and wondered if these are too heavy for for my problem. I think they are an expensive product and not good value at all based on the deterioration after such a sort period. I would add that because of the way they are made they do give a reassurance to the wearer that they will do the job if required but that test didn't happen to me.

Briefs stayed wet on the inside

I have used there briefs on and off for a couple of weeks, tonight is the first time I did not mak it to the bathroom in time, The briefs stopped the water going through the pants, but the pants remained wet on the inside, if I had been outside it would be very uncomfortable having wetnunderpants against me.
