Great Customer Service
Not being "familiar" with this type of product, I was unsure how to order and realized I would prefer a different style of underwear and upon my orders arrival, I contacted Customer Service and they quickly responded.

Fantastic customer service.
I inadvertently ordered the wrong sized garment. I contacted Menvault and told them of my error, they replied within 12 hours and offered me a replacement pair only requesting that I paid for the postage and not the replacement. Michael was most helpful to me, I am exceedingly grateful to him and Menvault for their outstandingly good customer service - which clearly differentiates this company from many others, well done.

Which size did you order, and does it match your usual underwear size?
How would you describe the leakage – was it at the front, sides, or back?
What type of activity were you doing at the time?
The reason I ask is that fit and positioning can make a big difference, and depending on your situation, we may have a solution that works better for you. We've also just launched a new version with improved absorbency and a pad for extra protection where you need it most.

Moisture drips down my leg
Moisture drips down my leg. The leg is not tight. But did they shrink after a wash following directions except the leg was flapping in a breeze. I wrote about a refund and was told only exchanges. They feel bulky and the seem across the rear is like a rope rub every time I take a step. $149 wasted.
The only email I received is that they could be exchanged for a different size
