The strengths of our business comes from our core values - providing our customers with a quality shopping experience, outstanding customer care and selling only quality products at excellent value. We're proudly 97% powered by renewable energy. We use a combination of wind and solar energy to power our operations. Just like you, horses are a big part of all of our lives and we face the same problems that you do; horses that just won’t load, cheeky ponies, escape artists, injuries, behaviour problems, moody mares and everything in between. We couldn’t imagine a life without our horses and our experienced team are on hand to offer friendly, honest and knowledgeable advice. 5 ⭐ experience

I was worried after seeing some reviews on here and google but honestly, my experience was 5/5. I ordered 2 head collars online for 24hr postage. Ordered late at night, they were shipped the following morning and with me the next day.
Could not fault them, and can not fault the head collars. They’re perfect. Will definitely be buying from here again. Thankyou!!

Purchased hobby horse for my little…

Purchased hobby horse for my little girl.
It fell apart after one week of use, I have emailed and complained and requested to get a new one sent out.
Answer took days and they said they will FIX the broken one ( after week use ) LOL.
They were meant to collect the horse now for weeks, I have been waiting every morning for the collection it didn’t happen, they keep sending empty promises.
I have ring camera so can see that no attempts were made in collecting the item.
But they keep brushing me off.
My little girl is heart broken asking every day about her toy.
They are selling faulty items and not taking responsibility for it.
As this involves a child and disappointment I have resulted to take this further !!!

Happy Australian

Made a purchase to be posted to Australia before Christmas. Item arrived very quickly. Order was correct and shipping price was great. Will order through them again over going directly through Lemieux.

I can't believe you are in Europe. I get my orders quicker than I do here in the US. Also, they have what I can't find in the US. They are amazing! I will order from there again, and again.

Customer support is unmatched!

Customer service is nothing I’ve ever experienced anywhere else. I felt truly looked after and they were so quick to help even though it was a busy Christmas period. I will always return to old mill for everything because their prices and customer support are unmatched.

Disappointing, won't be using again

I was very disappointed to receive an email with a link offering 5% off my basket if I checked out immediately. I clicked. It didn't work, the code was wrong. So I left the site, nevermind.
But I received subsequent similar email offers for 4 consecutive days, each time the code didn't work so I contacted them via messenger telling them that they're sending out emails with the code field not complete.
Customer service wasn't particularly interested apologetic or helpful, eventually after promising customer service had dealt with the fault and a correct email would be sent on 19th and that didnt arrive either, i asked 'at this disasterous stage, why don't you just send me a code' but they stopped replying completely. They're very rude and I won't be ordering again

If I could give 0 stars I would!

I ordered a saddle pad which was described as having a fluffy padding on the withers, it turned up without the padding and they have refused to give a refund (they offered a discount but looking at reviews on trust pilot I won’t be purchasing from them again!) due to it being personalised. I would not have had it personalised if I knew it would not have the padding as it is totally useless to me.

I have reported the company to trading standards as the false description is still on the website and it is not the only one according to other reviews on Trustpilot.

Quick delivery and great customer service.

I’ve made five purchases from them in the past month, absolutely fantastic service. Quick delivery and also quick response from customer services when I wanted to add an extra item to my order which I forgot to put on, thank you Sarah! I wouldn’t go anywhere else, especially after I had an awful experience with Equus!

International orders are very good

Ordered a helmet from oldmillsaddery and the whole experience were just fine. I ordered from Denmark and even though the distance were something, the package arrived fairly fast were packed safely.

After my previous experience with a long delay in delivery I was cautious about ordering from them again, but the product I needed was available at a good price and was delivered quickly. Credit where it's due, the service was great this time.

Best online equestrian experience 1st class. My daughters birthday I purchase beautiful boots online and a new top, extremely professional service and fast delivery 📦 my products packed perfectly.
I cannot recommend oldmillsaddlery enough thank you 😊 my daughter was delighted and with swift delivery .
