Horrible webshop

Horrible webshop. Takes forever to have contact about a delivery that is not delivered. You can't call them.
Site with order information is not correct.
You get mails with dates that it will be delivered but nothing happens.
You get automatical replies instead of real answers by mail.
Logging in your account is difficult.
There are bugs on the site and you end up in a loop.
Info in the site is incorrect.
I ordered 3 weeks ago a product that claimed to take 3 days.
I still have nothing.
I never never order here again!

Late delivery + ridiculous return fee

My order arrived 2 weeks late for no apparent reason. I no longer wanted it so I requested a return label and it cost £12 just to return even though I paid £5 for delivery fee.

Company is taking advantage of customers and does not respect the UK regulations on free returns.

Customer support was not responsive at all. Avoid at any cost.

I have ordered a few items from this company with no issue but I’ve never had to return anything.
Sent trainers back using their return postage label. Cost over £11.
It shows as delivered on 14/01/2026 by Royal Mail but that’s just to their English depot.
Cleared customs on the 22/01/2026 and has been showing as in transit since then. Last updated on 09/02/2026. I think someone is wearing the trainers and walking back to the company.
Multiple customer service e mails with generic responses. In transit, 3-4 weeks turn around etc. Now there’s a high volume excuse on their website.
I expect I will get the usual generic response below this review but I’ve posted this as a warning to anyone who might be considering ordering anything that might need returning . Don’t bother.
Considering a PayPal dispute to see if I can recover my money.
Terrible service.

I ordered some boots costing £150 for my daughter’s birthday. The site said they would arrive in time. They arrived 2 weeks late. They turned out to be too small so I returned them. I had to pay £11 to do this. This charge was not made clear when I bought them. The site said I would be refunded within 2 weeks. One month later I’m still waiting for my money back. I’m worried I’ll never get refunded despite several emails sent. The first reply was in Spanish and I had trouble understanding it when I’m English. This is the worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They are dishonest, untrustworthy and unreliable.

They messed up the address

Bought sport watches as a gift, I put the right address for delivery in Germany, with the street in German written as straße, but Tradeinn or their delivery service put it as straBe with the wrong letter. Delivery company DPD says: "Address can't be found, please contact sender."

Customer support of Tradeinn responded with "We recommend that you contact DPD". What a waste of time on them.

Don't Bother.

Order No 65851605 should anyone think this is not a genuine review.
I order a birthday gift in Jan, which has yet to arrive.
Two notice, delivery dates have been and gone and yet nothing delivered, several emails to the companies customer service ( or not ) has been sent, and although acknowledged, nothing to show for it. In fact the last reply told me I would probably now have to wait longer as delivery dates are just estimates and further delays possible.
The birthday has since been and gone which meant I had to purchase a back up gift , I was going to ask for a refund and cancel this order but after reading other reviews I dont believe that would ever happen either.
We live and learn and I hope this review stops anyone else purchasing from this company.

Frustrating experience

I ordered 2 items. First order I received the wrong item. Trying to send anything back is a very frustrating experience. Email responses take forever, you are expected to pay for returns even though the error is there's, the refund amount does not cover your costs.
2nd item I ordered didn't fit which is fine, a simple return should sort that out but no, you pay £11.99 for a return label that you dont even receive!

Very poor - avoid.

I bought some snow boots from Tradeinn. The size guide listed with the product is for adult sizes, the size selector lists adult sizes only. I selected an adult size 10. They sent me a child size 10. They now expect me to pay a significant sum to return from the UK to Spain.

Their customer sevice department refuses to engage in any way with my complaint - they maintain that they sent the 'correct' item, and even falsely claimed that the boots are listed in the 'childs' section - which they are not.

Mistakes happen, that's fine - but I don't expect to have to pay for them. Nor do I expect to be lied to by customer service departments.

Very poor - avoid.

Amused to see the reply to this review which follows the pattern of all of their customer service responses. They don't actually read or engage or even try and understand the customer issue, they just reply with a stock, pre-formatted answer. Of course I have have raised a return request. That's how I know they expect me to pay for their mistake. Their returns team refuse to answer any of my questions or acknowledge any of my points, they just reply with the same message telling me that they sent the correct product and I have to pay for the return. Extermely frustrating.

DREADFUL experience

Trade Inn has the absolute worse…

Trade Inn has the absolute worse customer service i have ever experienced. They provide no phone number and emails are ignored. my parcel has been in transit for 2 weeks with no update despite claiming a one-week delivery. Their returns policy is also a load of shit, having people wait weeks for nothing. I will not be using this company again. Complete scum

I won’t order from this company again…

I won’t order from this company again as my shopping experience wasn’t good. I ordered a Regatta blue jacket which was on sale but it took well over 2 weeks to arrive and postage was expensive at €8.99. When I did get it I discovered that I had ordered my size 36 which is an 8 European size but for some reason with Tradeinn it was a 10 (normally as 10 is euro 38) BUT I did place the order so it was my own fault really. I decided to return the item as it was too big and had to pay quite expensive postage fee of €13.99 to return it. I wish I hadn’t shopped with them in the first place as it was an expensive lesson.

The worst customer service ever…

The worst customer service ever experienced. My order took around 2 weeks or more to be delivered. Had took return it as the quality wasn't as expected and to be refunded it has been already 2 weeks and have no news even though they got the parcel back a week ago.
The time they take to process the refunds are insanely ridiculous.
Do not recommend this website!!
