I wish I could give this a lower score, I have had nothing but trouble attempting to use one of these gift cards. At first it wouldn't add to my apple wallet but after fighting with it over a couple of days it finally was added. Since then I have been unable to use it for any payments I have tried. None of the companies that allegedly accept this gift would accept it for any payments, I just get errors and rejections. This is as close to a scam as it can get. Don't use this company, receiving no gift is better than receiving this gift.

I have been given a gift card of £60, and have been told by thier customer service you can only use it to pay for any item up to £60, but you cant use the £60 against a larger sum and pay the rest with your own cash e.g. you want to pay for something that cost £100, put £60 of the gift card towards it and pay £40 yourself, you can only use it to buy something less than £60.. Absolute joke! I will never buy any one4all card again..

Contacted customer service nearly 2 weeks ago now, told me to email with my problem and screenshots which I did straight away, still haven’t had a response and had this issue since first week of January.

Absolute crap gift card! Complete rip off. Unable to use unless balance covers full purchase.

Awful so difficult to spend online to add payment details gave up! Make it hard so they hope it just expires and they get the money. Better off giving someone cash or money into your account! Ridiculous waste if time and stress!

Failed
I tried to order a digital card to be delivered to a person's email address but there was no option to do this so I have ended up with a digital card for myself and the ordering process was really difficult to
use.

Unfortunately our recipients have special needs and would not be able to log in to use their vouchers. We were hoping to send them an e-voucher with possibly a bar code where they can take it to a store and use it. Your support assistant explained they would need to log in with their name and an email address to use their voucher yesterday.

An absolute pain to spend or check balance without the physical card. Gifted £50 via email but could only spend exact amount online so started occasionally using for house bits. Website advises money has now all been claimed! They've only charged an admin fee each month and taken any remaining money on the voucher from my account. Jokers! Must be claiming back a fortune.

I purchased a £20 One4All card as a gift in December 2022 not realising at the time that the balance would be eroded over time at 90p per month.
I was mortified when the recipient of card card contacted me to say he had tried to use it (having been abroad for a while), and there was no money on the card. Naturally I was embarrassed to have given such a poor gift.
I phoned One4All on Monday 26th January. A very pleasant call handler said that, as a gesture of goodwill, he would “fix” the problem. He offered a replacement card with two options - a physical card which would be with me in seven days or a digital code which would be with me in two days. I opted for the latter, taking great care with my email details to make sure these were clearly understood.
I phoned One4All again on Friday 30th January to advise that I had not received the promised code. I was told that there had been a “typo” in my email address but he would “resend” the code within two days.
I phoned One4All yet again on Monday 2nd February to advise that the code had not arrived. This time I was told the quoted number of days referred to “working days” but that the code was on its way and I should, in fact, receive it next day.
Unsurprisingly nothing has arrived. I have emailed customer services but there has been no resolution after two weeks since my initial complaint. I keep receiving emails from Customer Service asking for information I have already provided. I am angry at being lied to. If you are making “a gesture of goodwill” for shoddy business practices, it makes it far worse by lying to customers.
The total erosion of card balances by admin charges should be illegal. I’m not sure what kind of company One4All actually is, but honest and ethical it is not.
I will obviously never buy one of these disgusting cards again as they are an insult to the recipient.

I have always thought that these have been pretty pathetic gift cards. Never had a good experience trying to use them. So so difficult. Trying to purchase item on H&M online and error message appearing each time. Doesn’t look like you can part purchase an item with gift card and pay remainder. What a load of rubbish. They are the biggest scam of a gift card I have ever had the misfortune to receive. Avoid at all costs. Do not purchase as a gift for anyone.

Would honestly give less than one star if possible.
These gift cards are not designed with consumers in mind. An absolute scam if you will. If you wish to purchase anything higher than the value of your gift card then the money might as well just have been stolen from you. Nearly impossible to spend on what I would actually like with pennies/pounds always wasted as you can only spend exactly what is on the card!
A joke. Will never ever recommend

I do some volunteer work, and the charity I support kindly gives me the occasional voucher. I originally recommended they switch from Love2Shop to One4All because One4All seemed to offer better service and easier spending options.
Unfortunately, the reality has been the opposite. Since receiving One4All cards, I’ve watched customer service steadily decline, functionality become more limited, and processes change constantly. Advice they give you one month is completely different two months later.
On one occasion, I contacted customer service about an error with a £10 voucher. My request was ignored—not once, but twice—resulting in that money being lost.
Online purchases are another major issue. The card must have more money loaded than the value of the purchase, otherwise the transaction is rejected. You can’t do a part-payment online, which means many cards end up expiring—something that benefits One4All, not customers.
Joining multiple cards together now takes two working days. I’m currently waiting for several cards to be combined, and although they claim it takes two days, I’ve already waited three days with no progress. They don't consider the customer in this policy at all, suppose you wanted to buy something quickly or in the sale, well you can't. If you complain, they often ignore the complaint or take even longer, almost as if you’re being punished for raising an issue. There’s no accountability and no real intention to provide a good service.
To make matters worse, if you have several cards to merge, you now have to pay £5.00. Considering that these cards are often used by people on lower incomes, this fee feels completely unacceptable and unethical.
I cannot recommend One4All to anyone. The entire system badly needs investigation and scrutiny from organisations like Which? and MoneySavingExpert.
Edit:
It has now been seven full days since I submitted the request to merge my cards, and the request still hasn’t been completed. One4All took three working days just to respond, and when they finally issued the merged card, the balance was £4.61 short, meaning I still couldn’t make the purchase I originally intended.
Frustrated, I called One4All and eventually spoke to Carlos, who was notably nonchalant and condescending. He told me that “on this one occasion” they would refund the missing £4.60—presented as though this was some generous gesture. He repeated, like everyone else, that the £5 merging fee is “policy.” But simply being policy does not make it fair, reasonable, or ethical.
Carlos assured me I would receive the refund within 24 hours. Two days later, no refund has been issued. This kind of behaviour makes it feel as though One4All staff can delay or withhold action out of retaliation or indifference—and that this is simply accepted within the organisation.
At this point, it’s clear this is a cultural issue. Customers and charities alike should seriously consider alternative digital ways to send gifts. One4All’s approach is unreliable, unethical, and entirely out of step with today's consumer expectations.

You can't use the gift card online . I've tried B&Q and Screwfix it didn't work then i went to the shop (Screwfix) the staff there didn't know how it works and you can't use the card as a part from larger amount you need to spend the exact amount or less. Really frustrating experience .My advice if you hate someone get him one4all gift card
