I cannot recommend OOLACTIVE highly enough. About a year ago, when my e-bike started having issues under warranty, I initially thought it was the battery and reached out for a quick replacement. Because of my mobility challenges, they were ready to send a replacement immediately without requiring me to send the old one.
Before they shipped it, I contacted them again and explained that I didn’t think it was the battery after all. I shared photos and asked for advice on fixing the bike. They not only provided helpful guidance, but also sent complimentary connector pieces. With their support, a friend was able to fix my bike, restoring its functionality.
I am incredibly grateful for their kindness, support, and willingness to go above and beyond. By contrast, the company where I originally bought the bike was unhelpful and dismissive when I had issues with the original battery. In hindsight, I probably wouldn’t have needed to even consider a replacement battery if they had offered the same level of care.
Thanks to OOLACTIVE, I have my mobility and independence back. Their service truly made a life-changing difference, and I cannot thank them enough.

I ordered the product in april 1st, And after the first day i reached out to customer support to ask how long the delivery takes, They said 1-2 days processing time and 3-10 days shipping. 4 DAYS HAVE GONE BY AND NO UPDATES, NO NEW ORDER STATUS NOTHING, I REACHED OUT TO THEM ONLY FOR THEM TO REPLY 5 HOURS LATER ASKING IF I HAVE A HOUSE NUMBER. MY HOUSE DOESNT HAVE A HOUSE NUMBER, I WROTE NOTHING ON THE HOUSE NUMBER PAGE, AND THEY DEEMED IT INCOMPLETE. I REACHED OUT TO THEM YESTERDAY AND AM YET TO HEAR A RESPONSE. So they finally Shipped the product, and im recieving it today, 10 days. 10 days!! I am in the eu, and the warehouse isnt even that far from me.

My wife and I are enjoying having these bikes especially as we live in the hills of northern Portugal.
The bike is very good quality and very well made and handles more like a motorbike than a bicycle.

Ordered a spare battery for my eleglide electric bike as no where else had any stock,arrived really quickly but box was damaged(by courier) battery was not damaged but key was missing,I contacted oollactive and they requested photos,within a couple of hours they contacted me saying a replacement key was on its way,brilliant customer service and support would definitely recommend

The order processed correctly, the order process very fast (I paid by credit card). As for the product itself, no complaints whatsoever - I love the colour of the bottle I bought. I recommend :)
Doesn't seem like a legit company
I do not know if this company is legit. I bought a few items from their website for my kids, none of them fit even though I bought the correct sizes. There is no phone number so I emailed them to return since they have a return policy, but never heard back. I am now disputing with my credit card company. The company itself doesn't seem legit, else why is there no phone number to contact and why has nobody responded to me? It is certainly not US-based.
Edited to add: They responded finally after over a month and offered $26 back out of the $187 that I had spent. They said it will take too long and shipping is too expensive so I should just give it away to friends and understand them. WTH?? I mean, this is absolutely ridiculous. Do not buy from them. I disputed with my credit card company and got a refund. I would stay away, they are a fraud even though their website says 30-days money-back guarantee.

Although the product took such a long time to get to me I am giving the shop a 5 stars because of their customer service. I was originally sent the wrong size item and they responded back in a timely manner and corrected the mistake by sending me the right size and also allowing me to keep the original wrong size that was sent by mistake.
