Bought a watch £89.00 parcel arrived on time, collected it and the package was empty, nothing only fresh air!! Have messaged them via email and awaiting response

Hello, my experience was pretty good. Only thing i want to point out is the shipping. I had it delivered in 25 days. That was the only bad thing i had to deal with. For this price the quality is insane. I really love the watch.

I’m very frustrated with my recent order. I ordered a watch and did not receive it. The delivery date past with no updates. It was impossible to get a response from this company all emails were ignored. The customer service number was not recognised. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Ordered through the official website since I wanted to ensure I get the original and not a copy.
It went seamlessly despite a small hiccup: my package was sent back to Pagani and never made it out of China. It was resent and promptly arrived safely a few days later, great reaction from the customer service team
The watch is really good, it's an amazing quality for the price. The bracelet is also comfortable despite what I read online.

The watch is a hublot bigbang knockoff and the watch broke the first week of using it.
I have contacted the company and they have ignored my emails and I think this is just a scam.

Watch arrived on time but faulty and they do not reply to emails. So the guarantees are worthless. Do not risk buying.

Order # 4785005564. The time on this automatic watch is off a couple of minutes every so many days. I wind it by hand and the time is still off. More Chinese crap.

they made any a mistake and at no cost put it right

Recently i purchased a watch that did not match my expectations. I contacted Pagani and as agreed i returned the watch. After they received it they did not refund me for the purchase price. Also after a number of mails they did not pay the purchase price back. They acknowledged to have received my returned watch but no refund from Pagani. Then i opened a claim at PayPal for the returned watch and in the end PayPal refunded me for the purchase price.

I bought my first pagani homage speed master when it arrived the battery was flat had a new one fitted still didn’t work contacted pagani no joy what so ever that went in The bin so I bought another Daytona style well what rubbish again so i thought third time lucky bought a submariner bezel loose cyclops well out off line the only thing it kept time the quality control is a shambles tried so many times to sort out but no joy never bye any thing it’s all rubbish

Love the watch - works fine so far and is beautiful. Seems to be high quality. Shipping was slower thatn I like when its direct. Amazon carries alot of them and they are lightening fast. Overall good!

I'm very impressed with my Pagani Design pd1676. The finish on it makes it look more expensive than it is. It's a homage to the Rolex Paul Newman had without the $180,000 price tag. I wasn't aware of the Seiko V63 movement so I took a leap and bought this. It doesn't have the stainless steel bracelet as I already have a few with that kind so I went for the leather one, very comfortable! It keeps perfect time.The price on it was £52 sterling so it wasn't breaking the bank. I would recommend anyone looking for a new watch to buy a Pagani.

I bought a watch from this company and it worked for 1 week then stopped. I have contacted the company on the what’s app number and they haven’t replied after they said they will speak with an engineer about the problem.

The only thing I worry about is the fact pagani Zonda is the best of Italy but why does it cost so few?

I bought a Pagani Chronograph and I must say it’s pretty impressive for daily use in a manual job.
Look at Pagani like it’s a Chinese Sekonda. They’re cheap and reliable, they might look smart but you get what you pay for. I’ve got a good looking watch with a seiko quartz movement for under 50 bucks.. I’m happy.

Cheap junk! Bought Pagani's PD-1644 in July 2023. Bought it on Amazon. Hardly ever wore it, maybe 10-15 times over the course of a year. Battery died after six or seven months and I replaced it. Now (July 2023) I wore it for the past two days and just noticed that the hand on the left chronometer dial has fallen off! I checked Pagani's warranty and it states that opening the watch voids the warranty! So let me get this straight, you sell a battery watch but if the battery is replaced during the warranty period, the warranty is void!! Cheap junk!!!

Great homage watches, decent Seiko movements which in quartz, mech-quartz, and automatic work perfectly well and are good time keepers.

packaging is on par with any other watch manufacturer with box, outer sleeve and instructions. Even spare straps and strap tool sometimes are part of the whole package.

The watches themselves are well executed for the price bracket.
