Lo peor

Lo peor. Un reloj que no funciona. El servicio que es lo peor en mi vida. Después de un mes, no he mejorado.
Ahora quieren que pague para devolver un reloj defectuoso a mi costo mientras deciden si lo reembolsan, aunque ya han dicho que es defectuoso.
22 Septiembre. Sí, es verdad que no he enviado el reloj para que se puede cambiar, la razón por que tengo que pagar para enviar (con seguro) a Madrid, y con menos confianza que el segundo será mejor, para mi, quizás me costa demasiado?

Ordered a GMT watch

Ordered a GMT watch. It arrived and was immediately found to be running extremely fast (5+ seconds per minute) and then after a while it just stopped (although the second hand continued moving).
I contacted them and after a few days and complaining, they replied and said they would replace. The next day they then asked for a video of the watch fault as proof. I sent this. I have been chasing ever since but they ignore all emails. The online chat bot is ignored too.
I’ve asked for the Hoja de Reclamaciones (I assume this will be ignored too). Very untrustworthy. Unfortunately I paid via Apple Pay with a debit card so I have no further recourse.

Inútil

Inútil. En extremo.
Yesterday I wrote a review about how poor the web site and on line service was regarding my claim for damage to my car.
Mapfre replied on this site and said “use this link and give your details so we can sort”
But the link took me to the very same pages that didn’t work yesterday!!
DO NOT USE MAPFRE IF YOU EVER WANT ANYTHING LIKE ASSISTANCE

Made a claim after a drunk driver drove…

Made a claim after a drunk driver drove into my parked car. They did nothing about it. All communication methods don’t work or ask about heath insurance! All email addresses found via Google get returned as undeliverable. No English spoken, my Spanish isn’t good but not 1000 words a minute good.

Unlike other ISPs

Unlike other ISPs, (experience with Sky and Virgin), when you have a problem zen a)answers the phone and b) takes charge of the problem. Open reach was contacted and chased and I was kept informed by zen as the case progressed.

Ordered a dress for my wife

Ordered a dress for my wife, after chasing and receiving no reply, I eventually, 11 days after purchase, received an email saying they couldn’t complete my order, I then received an email saying that my return was being processed and I received a refund (minus postage)! I also received a lovely email asking for a review of the item!!
Very poor.

Appalling service, poorly made stairlift

They fitted a stair lift for my Mum. Arrived without an appointment, even though they said they would call first. When fitting, removed a banister which they said the would leave. We had to pay to have it re fitted. The invoice was incorrect 3 times and when calling to sort they put the phone down on my brother twice.
Now lift failed and left my mother upstairs and unable to get downstairs. She was able to call for help but they say it will be within 24 hours and she has to leave por open for them so they can get in (all night?). Again put phone down on my sister when tried to sort.

Stock levels never agree with what is

Stock levels never agree with what is on shelves. You would have thought during lock down that they could have sorted shelves out but as always utterly dreadful.

The service in itself is fine

The service in itself is fine. The tutor I had excellent but their system is very poor. I have tried 3 times to book lessons for coming weeks only to find that the chosen/selected times we’re incorrectly processed. Each time I then had to cancel the incorrectly scheduled session and rebook, often italki then scheduling that rebooking incorrectly too. Tried to raise the issue but was ignored until I complained and then after repeating myself a few times insulted instead.
