Worst site/service ever
I ordered a package from Denmark to Sweden, as i was on my way with the parcel to the post office.
I arrived and couldn't send my parcel, because pakke.dk did not send me the label, they only sent the order number.
I called them but the phone number isn't even working?
I had to buy another order through Dao to be able to ship my parcel.
I sent an email to Pakke.dk that i want to cancel the order because i got no label which i needed and waited for 1 hour.
Next day the reply came, we are sorry for the delay this is your label!!!
What did you not understand when i said "i want to cancel the order"???
Btw: with dao i got the label within 5 seconds, it is not normal to wait a day.

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Failed Delivery – Pakke.dk, Paket SE & Budbee
Dear Pakke.dk, Paket. SE and Budbee Customer Service,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the failed delivery of a package sent from Madrid to Stockholm, booked through Pakke.dk and handled by Budbee on the Swedish end.
September 29th, 2025 at 13:43 pm Budbee sends a message to my recipient re: important information and then, it went into a hellscape limbo with neither company except for Federal Express taking ownership! Then you send an update YESTERDAY October 2, 2025 that you will deliver it at 15:50 pm yet do not provide a pin.
This package was a belated wedding gift — gourmet food items — meant to be delivered to my brother in Stockholm. Pakke.dk advertised delivery within 7 business days, which led me to believe the package would arrive in time before my brother traveled. That did not happen.
The problems began once the package reached Sweden:
Budbee failed to deliver the package to the address provided, instead insisting on placing it in a parcel locker.
There were no available lockers or Budbee claimed they "could not find one," and instead of resolving this, they placed the burden on my brother (the recipient) to locate or access a locker himself.
Despite repeated assurances that the package would arrive before his departure, Budbee failed to provide the necessary PIN code for collection in time.
As a result, he left the country without receiving the gift, rendering the entire shipment pointless.
This experience has caused undue stress, disappointment, and frustration, not only because of the failed delivery but due to the lack of ownership and communication from both companies. At no point should the recipient have been responsible for resolving last-mile delivery issues — especially when a complete delivery address was clearly provided.
I am requesting the following:
A formal apology and explanation of what went wrong on both ends (Pakke.dk and Budbee).
A full refund or partial compensation, as the delivery failed and the service promise was not upheld. The package was delivered today October 3rd, 2025 even with an escalation from Fed Ex and promise to deliver on the 2nd.
Confirmation on what happens to the package now that the recipient is no longer in the country.
Please treat this matter as urgent. I expect a prompt resolution and written response.

Pakke.dk is unreliable and overpriced, with around a 50% success rate at best. Scheduled pickup slots are frequently missed, and customer support is slow and takes little responsibility when things go wrong. Overall, it feels like a service with high costs, low accountability, and no real guarantee that your shipment will be picked up at the pre-arranged slot.

Crap service!
I booked bring through their website to send 2 letters from Denmark to Sweden via express only for them to return the letters and charging for the returns again. I checked tracking and it says that it was requested by the sender to return the letters which is not true. They have never contacted me. They say the address is incomplete which is also not correct. Whenever I use PostNord with the same address, the letters always arrive without any problems just very delayed. Would never book through this website again.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this shipping company. They sent me an extra invoice, and when I questioned the charge and told them my package was lost, I never received a response. I had to contact UPS directly, but they couldn’t help because this company needed to report the lost package.
When I finally got in touch with them, I asked them to send my package to a pakke shop to avoid any issues with no one being home. After 10 days with no update, I reached out again, only to be told that my package was mistakenly delivered to their warehouse. They promised to contact me with updates, but another week passed without any communication.
When I contacted them again, I told them my package should now be considered lost and requested compensation. They offered me only 500 DKK, while the dress in the package was worth 1860 DKK. To make matters worse, this package was sent on September 3rd, and today, October 29th, I received the news that I will only get 500 DKK.
In conclusion, the service was incredibly disappointing with very little accountability and terrible communication.

Cheaters
The package I sent via pakke.dk never arrived. Despite purchasing additional insurance, the company does not want to refund me the cost of either the goods or the shipping. They do not even want to refund the shipping costs. I strongly advise against using their services, I gave them one star, but they deserve nothing more than zero.

Denmark to Netherlands delivery
Got a package to be picked up in Denmark witch should be delivered in the Netherlands on a rush. Pakke was there and made it happen. They got it to me within 24 hours time. They stated that it should arrive within 2 working days. So instead, they pulled it of even shorter. Hats of for you. Job well done!!!

Not convinced I trust them.
Was sure I put in all information correctly. Company claimed otherwise (without providing any proof) months later, hit with additional fees. Would not use again. But the label did work so there’s that.

Service completely failed
Service completely failed:
1. Package was delayed so did not even enter the destination country within the timeframes for delivery mentioned on the website.
2. Deadline was critical for my document which was a tender due on a specific day so I asked Pakke.dk for a note to explain that the courier was late to help me try to persuade the recipient (potential client) that they could still accept my document and that I had sent it in reasonable time. No response on that from Pakke.dk.
3. Then it was claimed that the address could not be found, yet the address and organisation is easily locatable on Google Maps.
4. I provided details including a Google map screenshot of where the location but still apparently no one could find the place.
5. I could not get through to the relevant person at Pakke.dk during this and sent emails asking to be called back. I was never called back.
6. Given all of these errors I asked for a refund, but this was refused.
7. I ultimately asked for a complaints procedure and this was ignored and not responded to.
It's difficult to imagine a courier service do a worse job!!!
Double the price
Double the price. I searched for a price for my package, found it, filled out all the relevant forms, paid and that was that - or so I thought, because a couple of days later I receive an email asking me to "pay DOUBLE the price to have my package shipped. If I don't pay I can get my money back."
I then go to their website and find the EXACT same shipping for an even lower pricetag than what I paid! I am definitely being ripped off but am helpless to do anything about it, since am I pressed for time.
And to top it all off - I am sent the option to contest the error/extra pricetag, BUT only if I do not pay the extra price and wait up to 20 days for my complaint to be processed.
If I pay the extra price to have my package sent, I simultaneously forfeit my right to complain.
This is s**t customer service!

I have filled in the label online, but the output was completely wrong/random. Corrected label still not provided upon the mail conversation, and customer service is impossible to reach by phone. This service looks like scam.
