We are involved in business working…

We are involved in business working 24/7.
Every weekend one of our employees has a weekend duty with notifications on the phone on so to react for any e-mails arriving.
One Saturday, on my duty, I received 11 (!!!) notifications of mails similar to this one.
Imagine my joy when I had to jump back and forth to the telephone during my regular home activities (e.g. preparing dinner) ;P
And I was wondering if our feedback was so important right on the weekend...

A satisfied customer …

I got a very good experience with them. My suitcase was delivered from Germany to Denmark in just 2 days and everything was intact . Not an expensive service as well .I was super pleased with their service and I could give them more than 5 ⭐️

I paid 30 dkk for collection by courier, unfortunately the courier did not come, I had to look for a shipping point myself

problems with the pickup

At the day of the pick up of my boxes, the worker told me he could not help me take the boxes downstairs. I had to do it by myself. If i had a broken arm or was older, it would be impossible. The website says door to door, and the was not what happened.
Also, i had 4 boxes. I put 2 boxes down and went up the get the rest. It was heavy and took long time. So he took 2 boxes and left. I had to call and tell the service to come back and take the rest. And i had to wait at home and I lost an appointment because of that. He seemed to be too rushed and not careful to verify if his work was done before he left. It was very frustrating.

To have the driver enter your private home and act as a mover is not part of a door-to-door shipment. Door-to-door means the driver will pick up your shipment by your front door and load it onto the truck. We understand that the unfortunate misunderstanding regarding the number of boxes has caused frustration, for which we apologize. We are sure our subcontractor's driver did not mean to act rushed; they are often on a tight schedule and eager to accommodate other customers' expected time frames.
