Will never use their service again
Will never use their service again! Parking at 2616 Houston and all the trucks on the lot were broken into tonight
Both convenient and inconvenient
The app will not let you stay logged in or save your info so every time I use it I have to manually log in, make sure my cc and contact details are correct, before paying. However they do have a decent price compared to other parking apps and it's easy to choose your location or lot.
I was accused of stealing a ticket
I was accused of stealing a ticket or using a “friends” ticket on my way out the gate because the cameras didn’t register my tag upon entry due to the snow
Do not park at parking.com lots
Do not park at parking.com lots. We were over our paid time by 20 minutes and got a mailing that we owed $92. After disputing they said they would lower the cost to $72. This is the game after talking to others. I tried getting it lowered to the prorate cost or even an extra hour cost which they deny. Bottom line there are already numerous complaints on this companies business practices. I’d choose another lot
Horrible experience getting out of garage
I had a QR code from the place I ate at Santana Row, and the reader wouldn't recognize it. So I had to end up paying with my apple pay in order to leave the garage (there was a whole line of cars waiting to leave behind me and only ONE open machine to depart so that added to the stress of the situation, trying to get the reader to take my QR code). In the end I paid and left - there is little to no recourse because there are no human beings around to help.
A Total Scam
A total scam. My son entered the parking garage with a gate up and no one there to monitor the gate. He was there for 4 hours and looked around to see how he could pay. He then thought maybe it was a special event, which this area holds many.
We get a "non dated" letter on January 13th his fee was $12.25 dated 12/23 with a "Notice Fee" of $54.50. Absolutely ridiculous. I fully understand that a fee needs to be paid, but this amount is unacceptable. I have reported this to the agencies that monitor and hold companies like this accountable so that other people like me aren't taken advantage of.
Terribly confusing
Terribly confusing. Signage is not clear or legible, it’s like a picture hunt. There has got to be a better system to assign sectors of parking. If it’s your first time there you’ll need a d*** map. As confusing as the signage is, there is also very little space to turn around/move aside to go to the correct area!! Consistent troubles with the entry and exit kiosks as well. For such a significant garage I’d expect it to be planned out, not rigged up like an afterthought.
Worst parking service around
Worst parking service around, nothing but greed.
Do not EVER turn on auto-pay
Do not EVER turn on auto-pay. Even if you turn off auto-pay in the app AND if you remove the vehicle from your account it will STILL bill your credit card when you enter the garage - even when you pay in cash. I'm tired of being double billed for parking.
The "customer service" is impossible to reach by phone and the office at Ballston is never open.
No service in the garage
No service in the garage, so you have to remember to go to main floor and walk outside to pay.
Parking scam at Ballston mall
Took kids to local movie. Paid out over $100 for movie and food. It said $1 to park and gates were open. Tried to find place to pay with kiosks that work. Couldn't find. I figured because Sunday after 6 pm must be free because gates up and no way to pay. I had unpleasant suprise of $10 ticket when I got back. No one answers phone to complain. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO ANY BUSINESSES AT THIS LOCATION. Typical parking scam. Have zero customer service or place to pay low price but have very active patrol to make sure and squeeze $10 max fee. Great business model for parking garage so only way to fight the scam is to never go to the mall. Come to find out you need to download and app and spend 15-30 mins setting it up just to pay a $1. I promise you I will never go to the Ballston Mall again and I will tell at least 10 other of my bad experience. I will pay the scammers their fee but I hope other learn from my experience and avoid the whole place like the plague. Sorry for my spelling and grammar I go to great lengths to avoid scams and I am frustrated I fell into this trap.
Terrible valet parking experience for a show at the met opera
We reserved the valet parking service for a show at the Met opera through the Lincoln center website. First, we paid significantly more than the rate advertised at the garage when we showed up. Second we had to pay for the entire day at the event rate again because we came back a an hour later than planned. This after being told by the valet that coming back later was a good idea since several shows were starting at that time. The whole experience came across as borderline unethical and scam like with us overpaying by at least 2x, getting dubious instructions from the staff and being told nothing can be done when we book through third parties and because everything is computerized.

I hate giving bad reviews but this was a very negative experience. My friend and I were parked for 22 minutes and were charged $18, despite the 1/2 hourly rate being $10. When we brought this to the attention of the service worker, she said there was nothing she could do and to just pay it. I hope this doesn’t happen to other people as well.
This parking spot was a nightmare and a…
This parking spot was a nightmare and a rip-off. I made a reservation online through their official website, but I had a hard time leaving the parking lot. I had to speak with an on-site agent over the phone to get out. A few days later, I received a bill demanding payment for the parking fee to avoid a citation.
I tried calling the company's customer service number, but all the agents I spoke with kept redirecting me to different contact numbers. Each caller claimed, “we are not in charge of this parking lot," which made the situation very frustrating. It was a stressful experience, and no one seemed able to assist me if any issues arose.
Ultimately, I was forced to pay the bill again, despite having already paid to avoid a citation. If you’re considering parking here, save yourself the trouble and avoid this lot. The customer service is useless, and they might charge you twice for the same parking session.
Charged 70.50 no way to dispute
My dad has parked here for years. He's 79-year-old veteran meeting his family for the play at the Ohio Theater. They have now changed to QR codes and he didn't understand. Instead of getting the opportunity to pay he received a bill for $70.50. it broke down to be $16 parking fee and 54.50 notice fee. This is outrageous. On what was a wonderful evening they're now hangs a black cloud. Whoever is profiting off of this you should be ashamed of yourself. They now go with a company called metropolis. In my research they are based out of California. If we are bringing California's prices to Ohio I would suggest not parking at this parking garage. When you have other options at the state house. Hope this finds helpful to someone else so the same thing doesn't happen to you. I wish this platform allowed me to post the bill.

The websites is extremely error-prone and frustrsting to use. After scanning the QR code, it redirects to the site, asks you to sign in, then restarts the entire process and makes you search for the parking lot again. I've experienced this multiple times, and each attempt took over five minutes just to get it working.
This lot offers easy entry
This lot offers easy entry, great security, and clean facilities. The attendants are always very helpful, making exit simple. It's my exclusive choice for parking at Bears games and concerts. Highly recommended!
Inadequate Customer Service
Encountered significantly inadequate customer service from the manager on duty and teller when the machine failed to accept parking vouchers.

TERRIBLE!
We got to parking structure at 11 am; there was NO One to help or guide. We parked and mo shuttle to take us to airport!!! We had to ask another shuttle service to take us to our flight! Coming back we waited more than one hour then found out we needed to go to second floor where private parking structures pick up! NO ONE told us or any instructions were given! Then waited another 40 minutes! Not even one shuttle came!!! We had to take a hotel shuttle to closest hotel and walk to parking structure to retrieve our car!!! We tried calling several times and only once someone picked up and said the shuttle is on its way, which after 90+minutes nothing came!! STAY AWAY, NOT WORTH the savings!!!!!
