I have purchased two desk computers in the last 4 years and te level or quality of the computer is impressive. Moreover, the interaction and the way to follow-up the fabrication and delivery process is flawless. You can see this high level in small details like the packaging, the support software and the quality control of the company. Very satisfactory in all the aspects
It was great
It was great, the team was very responsive, the emails were detailed and instructions clear.
The PC came completely clean and well assembled with all the screws tightened, perfect cable management as well.
Amazing experience and very competitive pricing in this crazy component market. Highly recommend anyone to try this company. Eventhough this computer was for my work I know already I will buy my next personal computer from them in any case.
Personalized PC order
Personalized order ! Great prices and amazing quality and fast service I highly recommend,
I am happy with my purchase
I am happy with my purchase. I ordered a gaming computer and everything went well. It only took about 3 weeks to arrive, which was too long for me.
PC Elimina Pro 16 by PCSpecialist
I am very satisfied with the quality of the components used and the quality of the assembly. Delivery was extremely fast: it took only 5 days from order to delivery. The packaging and protection of the computer were also very good. I also appreciated that there were no unwanted programs installed. The only slight disappointment was that in the overall description of the Elimina Pro 16 PC, the built-in camera is described as being IR and Windows Hello compatible. However, Windows 11 does not recognize it as such.

Excellent as always...best way to get a laptop with an English keyboard if you live in the EU. Really appreciate being able to modify the specification of the machine to suit my particular needs

this is a follow-up of my last review of the computer that I bought from PC specialist.fr, the process from the beginning to delivery was great, they kept me informed on delivery and how to set up the PC on arrival. I have had the PC for about two weeks now and have had no issues with it at all, it was well built and all set up ready to go. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a new system to contact them and discuss your needs, you will be given good advise and if you decide to buy then the rest is easy. For me, I am very happy with the PC and the service I received, thank you.

I bought the laptop for my son who was starting his university studies. The options for the hardware and software were plenty. The whole process from selection to delivery was excellent. The precise timeline of the assembly was visible on the user page. Overall a great experience. The configuration to the price was excellent.

I liked the PC build screens and the fact that I can chose what to have, not all the bits like keyboards, mice, etc.
When I overspec'ed I was given advice and could have the OS language of my choice.
The machine seems of good quality and presently works very well.
This is the first time I have has PC built for me as I have always built my own, I am very pleased with the result
Ordered a PC from them
Ordered a PC from them. Had questions about deliveries and the time it would take. Customer service was really helpful and provided a lot of great answers and solutions (the most important part for me) to help me get a comfortable delivery to my house.
Haven't received the PC yet but the customer service is great, nonetheless.
So far very happy with my new PCSpecialist PC
So far the PC meets my expectations in terms of quality & performance. I have my own graphics card & the GPU power supply cable was prepared & ready for me making installation of my card simple. Also many settings in the bios & Windows control panel were correctly set. Also there was no bloatware.
So far I am very pleased & satisfied with my PC & I would recommend PCSpecialist to others.
Good experience
Great price. Package was nicely protected for the transit.
Won't hesitate to order again if the need arises.
PC Specialist
I always source my PCs from PC Specialist, over the last 15 years, i wouldnt go anywhere else.
I have never had any problems, customer support is top notch
7-Month ordeal, 3 RMAs, and countless headaches – but finally a working PC
On December 4th, 2024, I ordered a €1606 gaming PC from PCSpecialist, hoping for delivery before Christmas. Things started going wrong quickly. Just a week after receiving the PC, it wouldn’t start properly. After several tries pressing the power button, it eventually turned on—but this erratic behavior continued in the following days.
After a long troubleshooting session with technical support, I returned the PC for repairs. A week later, I was informed that the CPU was faulty, it had been replaced, and the PC was undergoing "extensive testing" to ensure everything was fine.
I received the PC again on February 25, 2025—but the package was damaged and the front bezel was completely broken. It didn’t seem like there was additional damage, but the original startup issue was still present. So much for "extensive testing."
Suspecting a hardware connection issue, I watched a YouTube video and discovered that the cable connecting the motherboard to the power button was loose. Reconnecting it fixed the startup problem. I was disappointed that PCSpecialist hadn’t caught such an obvious issue.
They sent a replacement front bezel—but it was the wrong color. I was so fed up that I accepted it, even though it made the PC look cheap.
Then another issue appeared: about once a week, the PC would fail to boot, the QLED on the motherboard would turn red, the fans would spin at full speed, and only a forced shutdown would reset the system. I returned the PC again on April 10, 2025, with a video of the issue happening.
After three weeks of silence, I was told that they couldn't reproduce the issue. At that point, after two RMAs and no lasting fix, I asked for a full rebuild on May 5. I agreed to pay €9 extra to get things properly done.
When the rebuilt PC finally arrived at the end of May, I was shocked to find a different configuration: instead of the AIO liquid cooler I originally ordered, I had a large, noisy, inefficient air cooler. Furthermore, the PC was wired for the wrong graphics card—a 6-pin connector instead of the 12-pin required.
So I returned it yet again, requesting a proper rebuild matching my original order. This time, my request was denied.
I had to escalate the issue to the head of the refund department in the UK—who wasn’t fully aware of the situation and initially wanted to charge me a €120 restocking fee. After more negotiations, long delays, and even some payment issues, I finally received a new PC matching my original order on June 27, 2025.
The PC now works well, and I’m happy with its performance. But this outcome came at the cost of seven months, three returns, and enormous frustration.
Additional feedback after receiving a response from PCSpecialist:
I appreciate PCSpecialist’s willingness to take my feedback on board. That said, I must highlight some aspects of the customer support experience that deserve attention.
The quality of customer support in France is shockingly inconsistent. I interacted with two different agents: one was competent, responsive, and highly professional. The other was frankly inept. Had the rebuild been done properly from the start by the right person, many of the subsequent problems could have been avoided.
Dealing with the head of the refund department was also a low point. He was a tough negotiator, didn’t speak a word of French, and was frankly unpleasant to deal with. It took a long and frustrating exchange to obtain what should have been obvious: a rebuild of the original configuration at no extra cost. A symbolic commercial gesture would have gone a long way, instead of repeatedly insisting on a €9 fee—especially since I was never clearly told why I was being charged in the first place.
Finally, the accounting and payment service was frustratingly incompetent. They kept asking me to pay €9 I had already paid. Even after sending a copy of my bank statement, I received yet another reminder. I had to dig out the precise transaction reference and wire proof to settle the issue—causing an additional two weeks’ delay and more needless stress.

Simply ( just ) the right Laptop : )
Simply effective. For PCs and workstations, the choice is large while remaining specific to target quality and performance according to needs.
For Laptops (my purchase) the choice is of course more limited but flexible. I only regret that the choice towards an AMD Gaming Laptop is constrained to a minimum RTX 5070. A 4070 was enough for me. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.
I really appreciate that the assembly team takes the time to test everything several times and change the parts causing problems or difficulties. It is a quality service and quality takes time.
Yes, I did not have a Laptop (custom made) within 3 days but, it’s not a problem: ) the assembled PCs require some care.
The transport by UPS, very well.
The time taken by the teams on the phone is simply pleasant and appreciable, they are not in an emergency but in listening to customer needs.
16 Defiance laptop
Just got myself the Defiance 16 with the 5070 Ti yesterday, and I have to say — the laptop looks and feels amazing. My previous one was an Aorus, and now I can honestly say that the Aorus felt like cheap plastic compared to the Defiance 16. This one feels completely different: solid, premium, and well-built.
I can confirm it's based on the Clevo V360SNRQ chassis (not 100% sure, but that’s what I could figure out so far), although I only found that out by checking the label on the back of the laptop. I couldn’t find much info about it online.
That said, I absolutely don’t regret buying it. It’s honestly one of the best deals I’ve ever come across. If anyone has questions about it, feel free to ask 🙂
I’ll drop a more detailed opinion once I’ve had more time to mess around with it.
