It gives my pet plenty of room to move around safely, and I love how versatile it is — you can easily adjust to fit your needs. It’s also easy to move or store when not in use. Overall, great quality and excellent service. I would definitely recommend this pet pen to other pet owners!

Ordered a large petpen for my 10 month…
Ordered a large petpen for my 10 month old Labrador puppy Cole. And have to say these are amazing. They look so much better than a normal dog crate. They are so easy to put together and so easy to move around. Personalisation to the large clear Perspex area allows you to make them look amazing. Cole now takes himself into it in the evening and he’s so relaxed and comfy in there. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for something different to a conventional caged dog crate. Exceptional product and outstanding customer service.
I recently ordered a PetPen and some accessories including the bed, blanket, water bowl and lighting.
I was lucky enough to take advantage of a 25% discount offer!
Firstly, it is so refreshing to experience such personal and professional customer service!
Hayley and Matt acknowledged my order with a lovely, personalised thank-you email. They were genuinely interested in what breed of dog I’m getting and even sent a link to photos of the same breed happily in their PetPen!
Delivery updates were clear and easy to track, and when one piece unfortunately arrived damaged, they responded straight away. They offered message and telephone support, and subsequently arranged a replacement without any hassle.
The PetPen itself is perfect — it fits beautifully with my home décor and will provide a safe, comfortable space without the “prison-style” bars of a traditional crate (my previous dog, an Alaskan Malamute, once caught his paw between crate bars). It’s quieter to open and close than a crate, simple to assemble and dismantle for cleaning, and the accessories are excellent quality.
This is such a well thought-out product, created and supported by two people who clearly care about both pets and their customers.
I really hope Hayley and Matt’s business continues to thrive — they absolutely deserve to succeed.
The PetPen is worth the investment.

We just got our new PetPen yesterday
We just got our new PetPen yesterday. Great delivery and super easy to set up. The link to the YouTube video really helped. I got a medium for my mini dachshund as she is on crate rest after surgery. She loves it really chilled and can see out. So much nicer in my living room than the old wire crate. The follow up message from Matt to check everything was ok was a really nice touch. Worth every penny.

A lovely company to do business with, they were happy to answer my questions before ordering. The Petpen is just what we were looking for at home and for our holidays. Our rescue dog wasn't crate trained previously, with a slow and gentle introduction her den is her safe place where she's happy to go and sleep.
