Bought a Hag Capisco chair from Phil Zen. Amazing chair, unfortunately, it arrived broken. Phil Zen did what they could to help me, including trying a replacement part, and eventually ended up sending me a new back to the chair. I very much appreciated their accountability and their response in the matter. I will shop here again.

Nice design but doesn't really grow plants

I like calm yet effective colour combinations. It's really something modern and even sophisticated. I personally really like it.

I love my new chair! There was a problem in that the local post office delivered the item to the incorrect address (their mistake). I reached out to Phil Zen Design and he responded immediately with a solution. In the meantime, the local post office found the item and delivered it! I am beyond impressed with the customer service.

Great customer service and communication! Phil was a pleasure to work with and takes care of customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for ergonomic furniture.

I purchased an AMQ sit stand desk because the sizes and the finishes were superior to other brands. Service was great, and when I experienced a problem with shipping (Covid related), Phil jumped in and got it resolved quickly. Highly recommended.

I ordered Varier thatsit balance chair. The shipment was fast and Phil was very kind and helpful. But the assembling was very difficult. I am very happy with the chair. It helps me not to crouching.

Excellent customer service with the entire process of ordering the Thatsit kneeling chair, through receiving it. The product came faster then expected.

The varier balans chair is awesome. There was a bit of paint chipping on one part of the wood. I'm sure it happened during transit. Luckily, it is on a part that is covered after it is screwed together, so I am ok with it. Otherwise 5 stars.

Great service and very competitive prices. Although my chair had to be ordered directly from the manufacturer, communication was timely and I spoke directly with the owner.

Ordering from Phil Zen was great, and I'll absolutely make a point to purchase from them again in the future. The chair I ordered arrived damaged from the manufacturer, and the owner personally stepped in to make sure the issue was resolved, being incredibly attentive and communicative throughout. Overall, buying through Phil Zen took what could have been a not-so-great experience to a very positive one.

The 2020 delivery conditions were tough. I didn’t think it would be that tough though. But I emailed Phil and he continued to keep me informed which was nice. I’ll probably get another chair from Phil.

The multi balans is a strong chair with a small footprint for tight apartment spaces (and foldable). the pale apricot color is very nice too. I got this as a gift and the recipient is quite happy with the chair.

I have looked for the perfect chair for years, one I could work in, relax in, focus in, etc. I was a little intimidated by the price tag at first, but Phil hooked me up with a late New Years discount, which was a great point of customer service. The other good thing was I ordered it on the weekend, and it showed up by Wednesday! The chair is amazing, and my friend who scoffed at me for splurging, sat in it, and wants to buy one too! I hope Phil gives me another hookup, so I can upgrade my space with some moss acoustic panels or a hydroponic garden :)

I purchased a hard to find item that required a 12-14 week lead time through other online merchants. Phil Zen offered an 8 week lead time and was in constant communication regarding the status of the order. The product was shipped directly to my address from the manufacturer. Phil Zen Design is a first-rate merchant and I look forward to doing business in the future.

I had a positive experience with customer service. They were very helpful and quick to respond to my questions. My chair arrived within the time frame I was told.

I've been very happy with my new Varier Thatsit Balans chair. It took a long time to arrive, but Phil Zen was helpful with updates regarding timing. I was able to order the color I like best at a good price. Would recommend this chair and Phil Zen to anyone who is interested in a very ergonomic chair!
