I am extremely disappointed with…
I am extremely disappointed with Pictoart. I was charged €49.90 without clear notification after a trial period. I cancelled the subscription immediately within minutes of the charge, but the company is not responding to my refund requests via email.
According to EU consumer protection laws, I am entitled to a refund for services cancelled immediately. My order code is P698cbdf8e4b0a24c0097b624. I demand a full refund of my money as soon as possible. Please stop ignoring my emails.
Scam!!
Scam!!! Avoid this company! I wish I had read These Reviews before using this company. 10cents payments turned into a 49,90€ unauthorised recurrent payment and now Paypal is going to take 6 months to even entertain a complaint.

cheating scamming scum bags....a 10p trial turned into 50 pound subscription without my consent, have applied for refund from Paypal...will wait and see....do not touch these cheats
Total scammers
Total scammers, they set up a subscription for £49.99/month without my consent. Beware!
Joke on them!!
I was skeptical at first, so used a revolute card with only £0.20 of my funds remaining, to get my images, baring in mind your lured in having been lead to believe the only cost you’ll incur is £0.10
I can see they’ve since deducted an additional £0.10, then tried to take £49 the following week, then said amount the week after, then £29 the week after that! Luckily those transactions having failed due to lack of funds …I’ve since ensured revolute have blocked any future transaction attempts. I since decided to go back to the website to investigate as to how they may have been able to do this, to my astonishment, my account created showed a running subscription, which I have no recollection having signed up to! I had obviously been tricked into entering into some sort of agreement when signing up for the £0.10 image editing tool. I’ve since ended the subscription via their website.
Pleased to say I took advantage at the time I obtained my images as was able to edit many of my photos. So the joke is on them! It’s just as well the card used had limited funds otherwise, I’d have risked losing much more of my funds! So overall £0.20 spent!
Definitely avoid unless the funds account you use has next to no funds, in which case take them for a ride by editing as much photos as possible, as you are free to do that as many times as you want, once having initially signed up!
Same story as everyone else
Same story as everyone else. Wanted to edit one photo. Said it was 10 cents. Credit card was charged 10 cents. Next day there was an additional 49.90 charge for a subscription that you are NEVER informed about. Canceled immediately and contacted pictoart. Was told the trial period was over and it could not be refunded (I love the fact they also do not contact you to let you know your trial is about to expire on a subscription they didnt let you know about.) Paypal says what Pictoart did is legit and will not take further action. The perfect scam!
This is a scam
They said you could try for 10p, and the following day took £49.90 to enrol me on a subscription. Now waiting for a Full Refund. Do NOT use this service!
A scam. Same experience as other reviews
Same experience as other reviews. A scam. Unauthorised deduction of AUD69 after charging 10c for an image download. Claimed a "subscription" for which there was no advice before or after, with "trial period" ending in less than 24 hours. No response on follow up
AVOID SCAMMERS!
AVOID! the same as everyone else here... paid 10p then the following day £49.90 taken from me!!!!!! Reported to PAYPAL but they've RULED IN THEIR FAVOUR!!!!!!!
Absolute joke! No idea how to get my money back now....
ABSOLUTE SCAM FROM START TO FINISH
ABSOLUTE SCAM FROM START TO FINISH ! you think your paying a fee of £0.10p (uk money) , so you pay your 10p, get your photograph enhanced, which is just about worth the 10p , download it , and you think, that`s ok for the money............HOWEVER, usually 24 hours later, you check your bank and see PICTOART have charged you £49.90 AND signed you up to a monthly subscription fee of a FURTHER £49.90 PER MONTH, contacted them , they have NO social media account`s facebook, instagram and all the others, and they "OFFER " YOU half the money back, but it never appears, contacted both my bank AND paypal, and as the payment went thru paypal, hopefully PAYPAL WILL look AT ALL THE 625 NEGATIVE reviews, there`s only 625 and they are ALL negative.
"PAYPAL PLEASE BAN PICTOART IMMEDIATELY" and ban this company from using paypal !!!!! PAYPAL should be ashamed associating with this company !!!!!
Total scam
Total scam - beware.
They advertise the service as free, then say they'll charge £0.10, then take £49.90 from your account. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
I would leave less than à one if I could. I purchased a digital passport photo. Thé next day I had a £49.99 payment taken out of my account which was not authorised.
Thé scam: You buy a digital item and they automatically sign you up to à 24 hour trial period and when you do not unsubscribe they charge you £49.99 à months as your trial period is up. Obviously, as a trial period etc… is never mentioned when you purchase the item you don’t unsubscribe as you didn’t knowingly subscribe!
Beware scam
Scam.
Bought into a one day trial for 10p the next day I am landed with a bill for £49-90 for a years subscription. There is n warming on the website this will happen and I blame Paypal and their automatic direct debit system for letting this happen.
The service they offer to update old photograph works well - so why rip people of like this?

Scammers. They set up a recurring payment without me authorising it. Exactly the same experience as others on here. A small amount for a one off photo edit leading to an unauthorised charge of £49.90. Paypal taking their time to resolve despite sending them all the information they asked for.
Complete scammers
As per other reviews, a total scam. Pay 10p then they take a further £49.90. Will leave to PayPal to resolve but please don’t use them.
The photo improvement isn’t worth the 10p they charge.

Pictoart
Pictoart. Scammers. Like all other reviewers I was stupid enough to fall for it.
However, to then have the dismissive paypal attitude in supporting these people. Paypal should recognise what is happening and refuse to complete any business transaction with this company.
