I ordered two books at a great price. Plusbog offered a big discount and free shipping. Also I could pick up the parcel right around the corner and it arrived very quickly after I placed the order.

I recently bought a book at Plusbog.dk. Price similar to other online offers.

1st problem: book wasn’t delivered as promised. Delivery instructions were not followed. I had to pick up the book myselves

2nd. I was then charged a for 89 member fee. I was not aware I had become a member. I feel it’s a scam and I can not recommend plusbog.dk

Terrible shopping experience. I’ve bought one small book for my son and ended up paying about 700dkk for it. They subscribe you to a membership without you knowing it. I was going to order by normal price as there was not that much difference, but normal price was indicated in faded colours as if it is not active. I thought it is a campaign or something and ended up ordering member’s price. Unfortunately I found out after 6 months that amount of dkk89 has been deducted every month. I’ve reached out customer service but of course they refused to return my money

Expensive unless you have the membership, but I don't buy enough books to make it worth it. Wish they would email an invoice for the monthly membership charges. I didn't realize I had signed up for a membership (to get their competitive price) and was charged several months before I noticed :(

I ordered a book that they have listed as available. Then received a email that states it is no longer available from the publisher. This was a first time purchase with plusbog and they auto enrolled me in a membership despite not receiving what I’d purchased.

Nearly 2 months later and they still have the item that is no longer available listed for sale on the website and I get a bill from them for my membership that I was unaware I was enrolled in.

No option to stop the automatic enrollment into the sneaky 'free membership' when you complete a purchase. Of course you don't know they have forced you into an automatic renewing membership until they withdraw 89 kr at the end of 7 days. My books haven't even been delivered yet and they already stole the money for their lame membership.

Why do these cheap-a$$ companies follow these predatory practices, instead of building a solid relationship with their customers is beyond me. What a way to lose customers.

I was suddenly enlisted as a member and withdravm money from my account. I did not want to become a member. What a scam method - it is not clearly stated that when tou order a book on the website you automatically enlist as a paying member! Poor and unfair marketing

The information about the automatic membership is not very clearly displayed, just found out by checking my bank account statement!

Pretty horrible way to make money by scamming people who’d rather read books than the terms and cindutions of businesses with bad business practice. Non-member peices were not even displayed in the website 🫠

I give you one star because I can’t give you a zero. Awful service, worse customer support.
It took two weeks for you to send my damn book and you charged me 89 Kr for some subscription I was deceived into.
I made an account to be able to buy the book and apparently that was a monthly subscription. Thank God I noticed it in my bank account or I would be paying you forever for NOTHING.

Once you order, you will be auto-charged for membership which costs 10 euros monthly !!!

What’s not to like?!

2 times have I contacted the company, and no respons. Have bought a e.book, that not work on laptop, iPad, tablet, and phone.
But then came an email with information on how to make it work. So now it works.

I saw that the shipment of my package was delayed and I contacted customer service to cancel the order as I would have left that address on the day of the expected arrival of the book but I had doubts that it would arrive on time. They assured me there would be no delays but the book didn't arrive and I left. When I asked for a refund, the answer was that what I was declaring was not true ... I paid and I did not receive any book! Company not serious and without guarantees
