Received signs never ordered and ordered sign never received,
Using them for huge sign Auction we have coming up.

I ordered 3 signs in October, repeatedly tried to contact them both via the phone, via email and via their website and not once did anyone get back to me. In the time I made my order, I received 113 emails trying to get me to buy more, general ads. They sent two emails, not personalized to my order but saying they had ordering issues and phone issues. And then one saying they are 'catching up'. Yet still blasting emails out for more orders when they can't fulfill the existing one.

I'd give them zero stars if that were a choice. I placed two orders, neither of which were ever received. Fortunately, one they forgot to even charge for and the other I reversed the charge by a dispute with Visa. Terrible (almost non-existent) communication. Apparently, their communications are handled by a third party, who knows nothing about this company or its status.

We ordered 3 signs over the course of one month. There was no communication, whatsoever, from this company after the initial order confirmations. Then we waited and waited and waited. Nothing! We tried to contact them several times over a 4 month period. Once again, nothing! Finally, we had our credit card company step in to return our funds. This is a horrible scam company. If you look at their reviews, you'll see many like transactions as we experienced.

I placed an order for $4,000 in neon signs.....after a month with no replies to phone calls and emails..After 30 days I disputed the charge on my American Express. I got the credit from AMX but to my suprise a month later I was rebilled for 50% of the original charge because I did not cancel the order within 48 Hours. They had no monetary or product loss so that is a ridiculous policy and I even got an email from their 'NEW' customer service rep saying she did not blame me for cancelling my order.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Great products at a fair prices (except for the neon... I'm 72 yrs old and on soc sec... wish I could afford at least 1 or 2 of them)..
Anyway, I've ALWAYS had great ordering processes from this company. From finding something I'd like to get it at my front door... absolutely no problems whatsoever !!

Awesome products. This was my second time purchasing 12” signs. Items arrived safe and sound. I will be continuing to buy from this company. Keep up the good work.

The package finally came looking very beat and batted. When I opened I was happy to see one neon undamaged and one porcelain sign packaged very well. I still am waiting on two more neon signs and hope they come packaged the same way. Merry Christmas

I ordered a large sign for my husband August 31,2025. I was aware it would take 12 weeks. When the weeks were up I started calling and emailing. Finally a man answered stated it would ship the 2nd week of December. Called yesterday 12/22. Lady stated it would be 5 more weeks. I was looking forward to order more signs from this company because of the reviews. At this point I will be lucky to even get the sign. They stated having a manufacturing issues. If so why are they continuing to receive orders if they can’t satisfy the customers who have already placed an order. Not sure what to do.

I ordered a sign for a Christmas gift for my husband. While it took a couple of weeks to get the package, they sent a note of apology for the wait, which I appreciated greatly! The sign was perfect and I will be ordering again from them in the future!

This is one of 3 that I ordered 5 months ago! I was going to charge back when it arrived. I hope the other neon signs arrive soon.

I won't say 'total' scam, as I did receive two non-electric signs from them, suggesting a "business"/product distribution entity does exist. However, my experience with the 2 neon signs I ordered is consistent with the other horror stories echoed here. The good news, the 2nd sign was cancelled/refunded immediately after I requested it. Four months after my 1st neon sign was ordered, I received it broken and non-functioning. I shipped it back and waited for the 'expedited' replacement. Three months later after no replacement was sent, I've been trying for the last few weeks to cancel the unfulfilled order and they've gone radio silent. At best, they're a profoundly disorganized, mis-managed start up. At worst, well, lets just say an unethical enterprise.

This company is a complete joke, they take your money and act like it’s gonna be this wonderful experience, truth is once they get your payment your completely ghosted. I waited 14 weeks and texted, emailed, voicemailed, messenged on every single social media platform, they simply refuse to respond to you. The owner even post YouTube videos on the phone of him talking to Shopify about him having thousands frozen due to chargebacks…..that’s unfortunately how my story had to end, when calling my bank and Shopify they were obviously very aware of them….stay away

This company is a complete scam.
I purchased a neon Coke sign in August and was told it would take approximately 8 to 12 weeks to receive my neon sign. I began calling after 60 days to find out the status of my order. Since I never received any type of confirmation email after numerous phone calls. I was finally able to get someone on the telephone Who told me the sign was still in production and it would be 4 more weeks. I waited patiently. After 12 weeks, I called again and there was no answer after approximately 10 to 15 phone calls and leaving numerous messages without a return call . I finally got someone on the phone, and they told me that they were out of the office sick And that it would be coming two weeks later, I called again only to get an answering machine. With the message saying the person had quit and that they were working on all the signs, but were backlogged. At this time, I became nervous that I was being ripped off and I notified my credit card company and put in a dispute to have the charges reversed, which was approximately $350. I attempted to Contact the company 2 more times only to find out that the only response is again another answering machine recording.
If you are considering purchasing anything from this company, I would give it a second thought.You are risking losing your money.I don't normally write negative review.But I thought responsible to put the word out about this company.

I ordered a sign 101 days ago, August 25th, 2025. It's December 4th and I don't have my sign and they don't answer calls, emails, texts or Facebook messages. In fact they blocked me on Facebook. Don't throw away your money on this scam.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I wanted to give some piece of mind to anyone else that ordered a neon sign many months ago that this company is not a scam. I was a little worried since the sign just kept getting delayed and the communication wasn’t the best. The reviews didn’t look great. However, we finally got the sign we ordered in May yesterday. It is perfect. My husband loves it and that makes me happy. I don’t mind the delays, I believe they are new to producing neons. I was just nervous that it was some kind of weird scam after such a delay and getting shipping dates that didn’t happen. Communication could have been better throughout the process, but I think it’s just a newer small business and they are trying to figure it all out. I think everyone will be getting the neons they ordered, it just seems to be taking longer than they originally planned. I hope this company continues to produce quality American made signs.

I ordered a neon sign five months ago and no sign and no refund, they won’t answer emails or the phone.

From order time to shipping is terrible along with customer service. I recieved one sign (April order) in September and the other is still m.i.a. (almost December. Thus being told the second was being shipped Oct 1. Sent multiple emails.....runaround and crickets. Now I've been blocked on their Facebook page.

I placed 2 orders with this company in July, 1 on the 17th, and 1 on the 20th. Despite multiple stories of "your order is ready, we are packing it up to ship", to "oh we are only weeks away now", the story is always changing. And that was when I could get a person to answer the phone or email back. The customer service is the worst I have seen in years! Here we are in November and I am out over $3,000 and not a product to show for it. Avoid this company at all cost! It is nothing more than a scam!

Ordered a sign 2 months ago. Have tried calling and emailing, nothing!!! I am afraid that I am out my $500 and this place is a scam. My advice is to be very weary of sending them money. I think there product is them advertising themselves and not a product…
