This was my first time using a virtual email account. I spent several days and a lot of money trying to get it working elsewhere, but it still didn't work, which was very disappointing. Then I came across Postscanmail – efficient, accurate, fast, and professional, it fixed my problem quickly. Postscanmail and their staff are really great at helping you solve problems quickly!

Be ware as some of the addresses…

Be ware as some of the addresses advertised are erroneous. I bought a Chicago address with them, paid for online notary. Turned out address is legally a Chicago suburb address. Every place I used it would not accept it as Chicago. When I contacted PostScanMail a rep initially told me that I'm wrong. I insisted that they're misrepresenting the address. She finally agreed and apologized. I closed my account, they refused to refund Notary fee.

We regret that this distinction was not clearer upfront and that it impacted your ability to use the address as intended.

We also apologize for the initial communication not meeting expectations. That’s not the experience we aim to provide, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention so we can reinforce clearer guidance and training with our team.

Regarding the online notary service, those fees are processed by a third-party provider and are non-refundable once the service has been rendered, which is why we were unable to issue a refund in that case. That said, we understand how disappointing this outcome was given the circumstances.

Been using them for almost 4 years for…

Been using them for almost 4 years for my transatlantic mailbox and forwarding needs, and the service has been very reliable. The website/app is easy to use, scans and forwarding requests are handled promptly and correctly. Customer support is knowledgeable and responsive, and recently provided a workaround and credit when Canada Post’s servers were having issues (even though it wasn’t their fault). I really appreciated the quick resolution and attention to customer needs. Keep up the good work.

He took the time to answer all of my questions with clear, detailed information and responded in a very timely manner. Excellent customer service

Excellent company with excellent customer service!
I had to cancel the service just a few days after signing up. I emailed their customer support, and they followed up shortly and processed a full refund... no questions asked. I truly appreciated the hassle-free experience and will definitely use their service again if I need a virtual address in the future.

We are satisfied with the service

We are satisfied with the service. Sometimes it takes days to scan the mail. We have had to ask for a rescan when the resolution is not that good.

They don't actually scan mail

They don't actually scan mail, they take a photo of it, upside down or sideways... dark... these are not PDF scans. In fact I talked to several locations and they dont even give them a mechanism to make PDFs.
