Didn't Quote me Happy

I have been with QMH for 10 years and have 12 years no claims. Always renewed, because the renewal price has gone up by about £10, so not too much. This year for nor reason my renewal has gone up by £50! Had a comparison site quote £80 cheaper and will have to go there. Really sad about this, because I have been loyal 😔

This is how you do it!

This is the first time in 12 years that I have renewed my car insurance with the same company the following year.

I always pay in full and get quotes 30 days before renewal to ensure I get the cheapest price.

I did the same this year and I was about to purchase elsewhere, just before I did, I logged in to QuoteMeHappy to ensure the correct date and I noticed I had a renewal offer.

Outstandingly, it beat all quotes by OVER £100! I was elated and very pleased with the saving, this is how you run an insurance business, if you don't claim, naturally the premium should reduce year on year, this is where companies go wrong by hiking prices.. Loyalty and trust should ALWAYS be rewarded.

Well done QuoteMeHappy, if you do it again next year, I'll be retaining your services again 👏

this is a very bad service, there is not phone service at all, when you have issues you will have to chat online, which takes hours waiting online for response.
