Admiral travel insurance are ripping…

Admiral travel insurance are ripping off customers they sent me out a voucher for 25% OFF as a birthday gift but when you going to the portal they are offering the same thing to all there customers and then they give you a code to activate your policy it doesn't work and when I asked to speak to a supervisor they refuse to speak to customers and the agents are so total useless and incompetent at there job i have reply asked to speak to someone from the company fraud department they come out they don't have a department but when you ring up to speak to someone at the start of the call they say they are going to record the phone calls incase of fraudulent behaviour so how can a company say they don't have a fraud department when they are treating people with fraud

I got insurance initially through go…

I got insurance initially through go compare at a cost of £455.92 on 22nd Januarythey told I could get it cheaper if I joined with my sons policy not explaining that Iwould be on his policy such that I haven’t got my own independent policy I therefore cancelled that policy Then talking to Admiral directly I got a quote of £ 1400 approximately Why such a difference. ???? Also I don’t seem to have been given the refund on the earlier policy

The most important thing for me was being able to speak to somebody on the phone regarding home insurance. I found them very professional and helpful. I later added my car insurance on line as I found the price very competitive.

Really informative and excellent customer focus

The advisor on the phone was lovely and very helpful. He gave me all of my options and was patient when I asked him to change the quote a few times.

In the end, I took out a policy and he told me what to do if I needed to look at my insurance cover.
