I ordered an item on December 15 with a listed 14 business day processing time. More than a month later, the item still had not shipped. I reached out multiple times and only received a meaningful update after opening a PayPal resolution case.
This was not a chargeback. PayPal simply placed the funds on hold for review. After that, I was told the item could not be shipped unless I closed the PayPal case or paid again, which would remove buyer protection before receiving the item.
In hindsight, I should have done more due diligence before ordering. After looking into reviews from other customers, I found a significant number of similar complaints involving long delays, communication issues, and concerns about fulfillment. That context makes this experience more concerning than it initially appeared.
I am more than willing to mark this resolved once the item ships or a refund is issued. However, based on my experience and what others have shared publicly, I would recommend proceeding with caution.
Item never came or arrived still. It was for Christmas and that’s come and gone. Ruined the whole theme of my gift. Very very disappointed.

Worst experience purchasing memorabilia ever. Ordered a piece in the beginning of November. By Christmas they still had not shipped the item. When I expressed my frustration through there support channel, the response time took over a week and they asked me if I still would like to proceed with my order. I agreed and asked them to proceed. They replied mistakenly saying that they are canceling my order then decided to charge me a cancellation fee and a restocking fee. I replied again asking for them to proceed with the order but said it’s too late. They charged me a fee for their mistake and refused to make it right. Basically they scammed me for a made up fee. They are a scam company simply ripping off consumers. I gave them every chance to make it right but they would rather have a cancel fee than a customer.
I have purchased 3 pieces from RARE T. I love all of them. They look so good my wall. They always communicate with me when I have questions. I strongly recommend RARE T to anyone who love their Musical Bands or Sports Teams memorabilia.

The first thing that impressed me about Rare-T was that I just put in a request for Superman. Rare-T was the very first site that came up. It was perfect Had exactly what I needed. They had several pictures of what I needed. So did not have to look any where else. The gentleman that I have it to was so thrilled with it.
We have been trying for days to reach out to them for updates on shipping. We have continued to hear nothing. I am so disappointed because we spend over 250$ for The Witcher picture for him for Christmas and it is not here and no updates or info. This is really crap to do this.
I ordered an item for my husband and realized it was a replica. I attempted 3x to cancel it and was still charged. It took three months for the unwanted item to show up. Now trying to return it.
Despite what you might think, these are reprints. Despite the headline title of “Don’t settle for imitations”, it is an imitation. The word fascmile is strategically hidden in description. With the title of the item making the buyer to truly believe it is authentic. It is half a scam and the purpose is to deceive, well done. There are just too many sites like this on the internet, that will take your money and try to defend the deception. Put the word facsimile in the title, why not, because most people would not buy it. Its that simple.
I had originally placed an order for 3 items. I emailed them a few times after not hearing anything for a week. They only responded once I posted a view on here. They finally canceled one of the orders asked me to remove my review (which I did). They said they would express ship the rest of my order, but they only shipped one item. I have been trying to email them to check on my other item, but they're back to not responding to me. So I'm leaving another honest review. This time, I think I'll leave it up.

Well, I guess the joke is on me for thinking I'd be buying an actual autograph for 220 dollars but the word facsimile for those of you who don't know is a reprint of a signature, so I just paid 220 dollars for a framed piece of junk, if I would've caught that in time I woulda never ordered in the first place, this place is a scam in all fronts hiding behind a single word facsimile which means fake or reprint

This company is very dishonest. Their items have “originally signed by” as well as the wording “facsimile” in it. These terms contradict each other. Originally signed means exactly what you think it is. Facsimile means that it is a copy. I had reached out to figure out time frame after order because it had been around a month. They responded saying that it still wasn’t ready. Then I checked to make sure it was an originally signed item. They said no, it’s a facsimile. I had to look up the word. I was pissed! I said do not want a copy. Please cancel. They responded saying that they can give me store credit or take a cut from my payment. That’s just crazy. They have contradicting terms in their items. If an item page has “originally signed by” in it, then it should not have facsimile in the description as well. To me, that bait and switch and using word play to fool costumers. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company. I have a photo showing their word play and how terrible it is. I would never buy anything from this company again. They were extremely rude when trying to communicate with them and it was also taking several days for them to respond.

I was never gave instruction to give the refund minus the restock fee. I never actually said yes to that. Also, in the item itself, it has “originally hand signed”. I have a photo of that and I’d like to upload it but I’m unable to. It is dishonest business practice. Use clear and concise wording. It’s clearly a reoccurring problem with your company. I’ve gone back over my emails, and your customer service was extremely rude. Again, I never confirmed or denied receiving store credit. Your Customer Service made that choice for me, which is inappropriate.

I’m a happy customer because ordered two gifts for my siblings this Christmas and they absolutely love it. Two manuscripts from there childhood favorite movie. Not very upfront about their facsimile copies. Their phrasing makes you believe that they are real signatures. You have to dig into the description a bit to find out it’s a facsimile. If you want authentic, you have to look up “hand-signed” on their site. I feel duped, but it’s my own fault for being too trusting. No chance at a refund either.
