Portable & good quality of head massage
The head massage was my go-to item when on long trip or holiday. Bought one for my parents and they love it too. Easy to use, all functions are working well after a year of usage.

They do not stand by products
I was gifted a massage gun and the handle just broke off. It was rarely used. This should not have happened. The company refused to stand by their product and offered me a 10% off coupon. I will never use this brand again.
Regretted buying from them
Regretted buying from them. Neck massager has one function that pinches your neck on repeat and that’s it, over and over, no variation. The audio quality is poor and i’d rather wear earphones. The eye mask is also poor, it is air pockets that basically blow up and apply pressure to pressure points, it’s not a massager, rather an internal pump that pumps the mask up in certain points, very disappointing. Return process is an absolute joke, you have to send an email to support and then wait for a returns label! Then there is some shady 15% fee for restocking. This company just seems like a smash and grab, almost feels like a giant drop shipping enterprise with low quality products from China. Really regret trusting them. In addition delivery took 8 days which is just ridiculous in 2026.
Renpho Ring
Purchased a Renpho ring for my wife for Christmas. The ring does not fit properly and we requested an exchange for a ring that fits. Renpho has indicated they will not do exchanges however they will provide a 50% credit upon proof of purchase. I provided a copy of my visa statement as well as the shipping document on the box. This was not good enough for Renpho, they wanted the invoice. Unfortunetly, Renpho uses sketchy third party vendors and they do not provide invoices.......so no way to get credit. I must give a star rating so I have given them a 1, a zero is much more appropiate.
Shaitsu foot/leg massager poor manufacturing quality
Bought a new Shaitsu foot/leg massager from a seller on ebay. Within 6 months one of the airbags has split and leaking air so the product is now useless. Renpho cannot supply spare parts and will not honour any warranty as was not purchased direct from them. Poor quality control and zero parts support. Best avoided.
Renpho massage gun failed
Renpho massage gun failed after very light use. It was a gift and used only a handful of times before stopping completely.
Support offered a small discount as a “goodwill” gesture but refused to properly engage with the durability issue without an order number. No repair or meaningful resolution was considered.
Based on this experience, I wouldn’t buy or recommend Renpho products.

I ordered two of foot massage machines but one was ok , the other one was horrible box condition.It looked like someone returned item. It was X-Mas gift for my friend. Please check before it send out . That was nightmare experience.
I returned a damaged item that was…
I returned a damaged item that was intended as a Christmas gift. The product was delivered with no protective packaging other than shrink wrap, leaving the box badly damaged.
I emailed customer service requesting a prepaid return label and a replacement. Instead, I was asked to open the item, check it worked, and offered a partial refund. As it was a gift and the box was badly damaged, I requested a return and a replacement instead.
I was then told to return the item at my own cost, which I did, and requested reimbursement of postage in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
I had to chase repeatedly and gave up trying to get a replacement, I ended up requesting a full refund as at no point during exchange of emails was I offered a replacement!
Avoid this company if you value timely, professional customer service.
Not an eye massager--returns a hassle
I had a Renpho eye massager that I loved. The white one. It didn't have a great battery life and eventually just died, doesn't massage for more than a couple minutes before shutting down. My husband bought a replacement "eye massager" on their website (Eyeris Caligo). It is not a replacement. It doesn't massage eyes, it squirts water at you instead and it's so wide it doesn't even touch my temples, nor my husband's. We wanted to exchange because we knew we liked a massager that massages. Not an option, apparently. So return. Returning this product has been a headache! Not only do they dissuade you from returning, they don't give you the return address right away, they try and convince you that their product is what you want--which it isn't. Then they put you in charge of return shipping $$ and will charge a restocking fee, that is, if they don't claim the package was lost in shipping and then proceed to ignore me. I suppose I'll update if I see any funds returned. All I know is that this lump of plastic is unwanted in my house and the company that made it refuses to stand behind it.

proper poor. purchased 2 items. 1 never received, Its been over a month and still not recieved. they told me that they would re send 5 days ago and again no tracking no respornse. Im aksing my bank to repsond. the items are good but the customer service is -26. and you cant get in touch unless its through email.
Bad customer service
I purchased the RENPHO eye massager online on November 22. After using it once, I found the noise level extremely loud and decided to inquire about the return procedure.
I emailed customer service on December 5, and they didn’t reply until December 8. Then, on December 10, they emailed again saying they were closing my case because I didn't respond within 48 hours. It is unreasonable that they take 3 days to reply to me, yet expect me to respond within 48 hours—especially considering the time zone difference.
They then asked me to record a video, and after reviewing it, simply told me the loud noise was "normal." Throughout the entire communication, they kept avoiding my actual question and never provided the return instructions I clearly asked for.
I even recommended this product to my friends, but this frustrating customer service experience has made me very disappointed. I still have no idea how to return the product.

Returns will cost you in time and money
I purchased a total of 3 products from Renpho in 2 separate orders. After receiving the Morphoscan Nova body scale, measuring 13% body fat (which I do *not believe* is accurate) and concluding that I don't need the Lamborghini model of scales...I wrote to the company for a refund. They will charge you a restocking fee (which I was aware of from reading the policy) and will *not* provide you with a return shipping label as is stated in their return policy. Customer service was courteous and did reply each day to my e-mails, but they operate strictly via e-mail and mine was in a different time zone (guessing ~12hrs later)...so the resolution took multiple days. You will not be able to speak to anyone about your return order. They offered me a further discount to keep the product and avoid the extra costs -- which I ultimately accepted, despite my buyer remorse. I also bought the nutrition bluetooth scale as a gift and the Lynx ring (which I'm quite enjoying) and am satisfied. The Renpho products are premium and you better be sure that you will keep them -- as returns will cost you in time and money! IMHO for consumers, I don't view the return policy to be fair or competitive.

AVOID at all cost
AVOID at all cost! I ordered a massage gun on 16 November and I still have not received it. The first one was declared lost, I wanted to enforce my revocation right under EU consumer law, they did not want to refund me but offered to send it another time which I agreed to. That was one week ago and I have not recieved any tracking link from DHL. Customer service team is unfortunately not helpful at all in my opinion, we go around in circles, it took me one week to find out that the previous package was lost. They do not give me sufficient information on my current shipment either. At this point it feels like a scam and this is the most frustrating purchase experience of my life.
UPDATE following your response: That is the whole point, that you never provided me any updates or tracking link, especially for the second shipment. Yes I happened to get the package in the meantime but for 6 days I had no idea whether it was even sent. This was after already having waited two weeks for the first package, for which I did get a tracking link but I told your team that the tracking link does not show an update for 7 days and it took your team another 5-6 days to admit that my package is lost. I’m sorry but as a supplier you are responsible for getting updates from DHL, not me. If users get zero updates about their package and no tracking links from DHL, you need to review your processes. Please remove the tracking link from here because it might reveal personal data.

Worked great a first. However there are known faults with the scale I ordered.
Renpho refused to replace the item as it was bought on there official Amazon page, rather than directly on the website
First class customer care
I upgraded my scales having been with Renpho for many years. Following the purchase, but before delivery, I raised a query by telephone with Renpho in the UK regarding dispatch and whilst the person was unable to answer my enquiry at that time, he promised to have it checked out and advised me that I would receive an email. By the end of the day I received an email from the Customer Service Team with the information. Having received the scales, I was impressed by a further email from David in the Customer Care Team to see that all was in order. This support from this large company is brilliant, which is in sharp contrast with the dismal and indifferent response from other companies. Well done Renpho.

I ordered a scale online
I ordered a scale online. Website said it would be shipped in 48 hours. The scale was on my doorstep in 48 hours. That's great customer service! I am so impressed with all the biometrics on the scale. I believe I will be making better food choices during the holidays.
Customer service is deplorable
Customer service is deplorable. I bought the Shiatsu foot massager because the advertising claims that it massages the arches, but it does not. The company’s return policy is vague so it can require the customer to pay return shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
