First time esim user

Cost and product exactly as advertised. This is my first time using an esim, it was bought in UK before travelling, and it was so easy to install and initiate. I don't use a lot of data so 3Gb for 30 days to cover 21 days abroad was perfect, Other sites offered larger packages, so Saily was cheapest for me.

Worked with the Live Customer support…

Worked with the Live Customer support via chat at 4am to resolve my issue. She guided me step by step until my very complex issue was resolved (total of 40min!!). Because of her I will continue to endorse Saily as the preferred company for eSims, thank you so much Simmone!
