We had to cancel our cruise bec of the coronavirus. Even before the cancellation their rep helping us in an email said that "he was giving us his personal discount". So I was not expecting to be charged for his services, but SeaHub is charging us 200, even after Holland America penalized us 600. SeaHub says it is their policy to charge 100 for each client. Our agent was surprised that SeaHub charged us but he cannot do anything now bec. he was let go earlier. Am trying to file a complaint with BBB but cannot find address. Any help with be appreciated. Stay safe America.

Purchased a 5 people cruise in November 2019 for March 20 Sailing. Need to rebook due to COVID-19 but it has been impossible to reach them.
Phone lines are never picked up. After 15 minutes waiting there is a message asking to leave a number for a call back. Left several messages and no call back since last week.
No reply to emails either.Emails from several people I interacted with are now closed accounts.
The cruise line insists that the agency needs to request the cancellation. Im 10 days away from sailing date and can't find help!
So frustrating!!!

Excellent experience booking with Seahub. Our Travel Advisor was extremely helpful. At first the price was about $10 higher than another site but after talking to an agent, we saved over $50.00. Our cruise turned out great and we just booked another!
