I have used Billy.dk for many years, and overall, it provides first-class client service. In addition to standard bookkeeping, it offers excellent support for preparing annual reports. Billy is an easy to use tool and the support team is great. Always clear answers from both the, very easy to reach, humans and in addition(and clearly marked as such) an actually useful LLM bot that digs through their documentation and their finance related articles. I can recommend them very much.

Poor communication
I recently had an interview with Ageras, and while the initial process went smoothly, my experience afterward was frustrating. I was informed they would get back to me regarding the next steps, but after waiting over three weeks without any communication, I reached out via email to ask for an update on my application. Despite showing my continued interest in the role, I received no response at all.
Even if the decision was a rejection, it's always good to receive an answer. Basic professionalism involves updating candidates, and this lack of communication from Ageras left me feeling disappointed. It reflects poorly on their hiring process and leaves a negative impression of the company’s professionalism. I hope they improve their candidate communication moving forward.

big waste of time and money
They have a great deal of turnover and you never know who you are dealing with.
They make promises and do not keep them.
They send you leads with little or no relevant information so you do not know how to quote them. I was able to get 2 clients in all the time i worked with them
Big waste of time and money and I would not recommmend them if you are a professional and want to deal with a professional firm
Bad decision on my part will hope to save others to steer away from them

Never have I encountered modern day…
Never have I encountered modern day crooks as I have with this company. I was very convinced with the sales pitch myself, promises to get several new client leads every month. But it has far from it in reality. After working with this company since last year I dreadfully regret I will lose $12k over 2 years, and its painful paying my hard working money to this company that does not deliver on their word. I will continue to seek ways to get justice for this. I am mortified and full of remorse for ever crossing paths with this company.
