Was targeted with an ad on Instagram for Ageras. Tried referring Ageras business from Wall Street and they fumbled it away. My referral called, emailed and used webchat and could not get a person to answer about pricing (which is missing from their website) when needed. Their website shows multiple account managers, but the account manager that emailed me said he is the only one at the company that could have this call with my referral, and he wasn't working that day and wouldn't be able to call for a couple days. Unacceptable.

Prompt and thorough communications, with good customer service. I was only provided with 2 out of the 3 quotes, for what was a fairly standard and simple request that all registered accountants could complete. I selected 1 of the 2 providers and was very satisfied with the quality of the work. Price was also very standard.

My initial contact with Cassie was informal, yet very informative. A great, positive experience and looking forward to working with her.

This company is a scam. Don't believe anything they say. The leads are all fake people who never respond or follow through even when they've agreed to contract. They all go ghost. All the numbers were basically Google numbers.. thus company states it doesn't guarantee results. And read your supposedly contracts if they ever gave you one thoroughly . Ageras helped me find an accounting service to prepare an audit report for my small non-profit organization when I was unable to find a local CPA willing to provide this service for such a small business - they all had bigger clients with deadlines and were not willing to take on a new business.

The experience provided information and a proposal. I recommend having an up link for auditing organizations.

After completing the information, I received a quote rather quickly, as well as a personal call from the auditor.
Although I am only gathering information for our 2023 audit, I am thankful for this process of helping organizations find potential auditors at a reasonable cost.
