Flight delays already ruin plans and create enough frustration on their own. Thanks to this service, at least the compensation process was calm and well-organized. I never felt overwhelmed or stressed during the claim.
Premise: the compensation has already been received by you because the airline paid it back in October.
After countless emails (since August), WhatsApp messages, and Trustpilot comments, I was finally given an email address to contact in order to solve the issue.
What happened? You kept giving me different email addresses every time I left a comment, but luckily, the last one finally replied.
It took MONTHS and daily emails from my side before I got any answer.
I clearly stated that the issue involved all the members (there were eight of us), for a total of over €4,800 , yet only I was compensated. What about the others? Do they also need to expose the truth about how you operate before their cases are processed?
Their payment from Air Transat was received the same way as mine, so why haven’t they been paid or even contacted?
I personally sent you the images of the bank transfer made by Air Transat.
And yes, before you say that they need to write to a specific email address — THEY ALREADY DID. They also sent several emails.
Please, reply, pay them, and let’s close this matter.

I am still waiting for my compensation payment under Claim #8bd40c12.
Wizz Air has confirmed that the compensation was transferred to Skycop on my behalf, however I have not received the funds in my bank account yet. I have also sent multiple follow-up emails but have not received a clear response regarding the payment date.
I understand that processes may take time, but the lack of communication is very frustrating. I kindly request an update on the status of my payment.

If i could rate a 0 star experience i would, i put a claim in ref 6fd83c5d in may 2025 and its still on going, i have sent numerous emails, messages but no reply, no communication nothing. I login to my account and all it states is its with the legal team. i honestly think that skycop is a huge scam. avoid at all costs.

I am a customer of Skycop. Wizz Air has paid the compensation to Skycop on my behalf, but I have not received the funds yet. I have sent multiple emails and messages, but I have not received any response for several weeks.
I have formally submitted a complaint to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority in Lithuania, as I have exhausted all direct communication with Skycop.

My claim status has been showing “Compensation approved, the airline has agreed to compensate you, we’re waiting for the funds” for a long time, but when I contacted the airline, they clearly told me that the payment had already been made to Skycop some time ago. Instead of clarifying this contradiction, Skycop keeps repeating that they “did not receive any payment”, without giving any concrete evidence or proper explanation, and without providing an official written statement on company letterhead confirming this.
Communication has been very poor: emails are answered with generic templates, my case is always “in legal status” and “needs more time”, and no one takes clear responsibility to investigate where the money actually is or to give me a clear timeline for my payout. I have repeatedly asked them to urgently verify with their legal and payments departments and to send me an official written confirmation of their position, but their behaviour so far has not restored my trust.
For a company that claims to defend passengers’ rights and make compensation “simple”, this lack of transparency, delay, and contradiction between what the airline says and what Skycop says is unacceptable. If Skycop genuinely believes no payment has been received, they should at least cooperate fully, provide clear written answers and work together with me and the airline to resolve the situation, instead of leaving the customer to chase both sides. In the future I will either claim directly with the airline or use another company, because with Skycop I have lost time, trust, and peace of mind, and unless their behaviour and communication change, I cannot recommend them.

Major data security concern. There is no support with this company. I am not sure if they are legitimate as they ask for unnecessary information through their form followed by their generic emails. As I went through the form I decided against logging a case with them but they created a case even though I pressed save for later. I have sent multiple emails and messages on social media to delete my information and still no response.

Extremely scamming company. I have submitted claim, then 7 minutes after the submission i have tried to withdraw seeing their fees.
They have been refusing to answer my emails and request for cancel claim and even though I HAVE NOT SIGNED contract authorization they are refusing to cancel my claim and try to get fees

This company feels like a scam.
I did two claims with them. One in 2022, other one in 2024. After I gave 1 start on google review, I've received message from them on both of my claims that Compensation is Approved. One year later, nothing changed. Still haven't' received the compensation.
In that time I wrote 2 requests to which they didn't bother to respond.
I'd be happy to change this review. But as of now, 0 stars reflect my experience.

Absolutely terrible. Airline confirmed payment many months ago, flight delay was over 16 months ago and Skycop refusing to pay out. I've emailed multiple times,either ignored or generic, empty promise email reply. All documents are in place. They have stolen my money. Do not use.
