I ordered the ORO XL. First I have not heard from them for over a week. Then I asked if it will be delivered before Christmas, the answer was yes. A week later they tell me it can not be delivered at all.

Bought dream Coffee machine upgrade, although I knew quite a lot about the machine already I received a fantastic and warm welcoming feeling from Malthe throughout my long 2 hours spent, wondering and hesitating about purchasing the machine I was offered something to drink, the machine was fully packed out of a knew packaging and setup in front of my eyes on a counter top, so I could further admire and develop the feeling of certainty I was looking for before I decided to buy the machine.

Overall, great customer service from Malthe, an immense amount of knowledge and a great representation of the Spinchy store that I come back to again and again to maintain my passion (addiction😉) for coffee.

PS, I was initially welcomed by another employee who was equally as professional and understanding, I forgot his name but he knows who he is.

Slow order preparation and dirty machine. The machine was shipped on day 6 of the 0-5 business day window. I was also told it was shipped on day 3 but I can see from GLS this was not the case.

When opening the coffee grinder (chrome) it was covered in fingerprints and looked used.

Not interested in using Spinchy again. Cheap price, cheap experience

I bought a Rocket Espresso Porta Via through an online store who had acquired the machine from Spinchy. Unfortunately the machine developed rust in the water intake after a few uses, despite following the correct instructions.

I reached out to the online store who put me in direct contact with Spinchy in order to find a solution to the problem.

Shawn McAneny, client manager at Spinchy, was who managed my case. Unfortunately despite agreeing that I have followed the instructions provided by the manufacturer and using filtered water with the machine, Shawn insisted that they would not fix or replace the machine under warranty.

I found this unacceptable, so I reached out to the manufacturer directly. The manufacturer did indeed agree to send a replacement part for my machine to fix the issue. Yet despite this, Spinchy still refuses to help at all.

This is really upsetting, Spinchy has not been cooperative at all despite the fact that they admitted in written that I have followed the instructions clearly.

I would never buy anything from them.

Fantastic service and efficient delivery

Bought a espresso machine and grinder for click and collect in their Copenhagen shop. Ordered in the morning and called them to change the color of the coffee machine which was done within minutes and was able to go and pick it up the same day. Received lots of information regarding the machine and they will answer all the questions you have in regards to coffee. Very professional and offers great prices for the products.

Fantastic service. The owner took a long time to show us different espresso machines and talked us through the fascinating process. We were probably in there for 45 minutes and enjoyed every second 🥰

So far is good, Spinchy prices for Black Friday 2024 were beating all the rest of the Copenhagen shops & online shop in Barista Expresso machines.

Mine came in a great shape and with all accessories. No complains, so far a happy client.

Murphy's law is at play with my purchase.
A little misunderstanding, and afterwards a missing part.
BUT these young people work really hard to create the best possible experience. 5 stars is for your customer focus and enthusiasm. I still miss one part of my order, but I'm confident I'll receive it as soon as possible.
And I f....ing love my new coffee cups. More cups are added to the Christmas wishing list.

Although I had to wait a while for the cream colour to arrive, the delivery was very quick. Thanks very much. Great customer service , great little mixer.
