Poor Quality Product
We ordered a couch, specifically the "Emma, 3 person sofa", received it and started to use it as normal. Within the 1st week, the fabric on the seat portion of the cushion started to rotate around the cushion causing the whole cushion to drag and droop over the edge of the couch. We remedied this by unzipping the fabric on the cushion and manually rotating the fabric around the foam to fix the issue. We thought this was just something that would happen after the 1st usage. However, this happened on a weekly basis.
After contacting Sofa Company and dealing with their support, they sent our an upholsterer to take a look, and he confirmed that it will continue to happen, even after doing some modification to the product.
After contacting support again, we were informed that this is normal behaviour of the product, to sag and deform after typical use. We were a gift card to the value of the couch so that we could purchase a different couch if we wanted, and that we need to return the current one we have. This solution would be fine, if we wanted a different couch. We however want the current couch we have, just not to look the way it does after a single week of usage. There is clearly a product fault which is not being acknowledged or fixed. Makes us (the customer) feel that we are being unrealistic when contacting support.
TL:DR. Product quaity terrible, support recieved but not acknowledging poor product quality
