Cheap price, cheap experience

Slow order preparation and dirty machine. The machine was shipped on day 6 of the 0-5 business day window. I was also told it was shipped on day 3 but I can see from GLS this was not the case.

When opening the coffee grinder (chrome) it was covered in fingerprints and looked used.

Not interested in using Spinchy again. Cheap price, cheap experience

Poor Quality Product

We ordered a couch, specifically the "Emma, 3 person sofa", received it and started to use it as normal. Within the 1st week, the fabric on the seat portion of the cushion started to rotate around the cushion causing the whole cushion to drag and droop over the edge of the couch. We remedied this by unzipping the fabric on the cushion and manually rotating the fabric around the foam to fix the issue. We thought this was just something that would happen after the 1st usage. However, this happened on a weekly basis.

After contacting Sofa Company and dealing with their support, they sent our an upholsterer to take a look, and he confirmed that it will continue to happen, even after doing some modification to the product.

After contacting support again, we were informed that this is normal behaviour of the product, to sag and deform after typical use. We were a gift card to the value of the couch so that we could purchase a different couch if we wanted, and that we need to return the current one we have. This solution would be fine, if we wanted a different couch. We however want the current couch we have, just not to look the way it does after a single week of usage. There is clearly a product fault which is not being acknowledged or fixed. Makes us (the customer) feel that we are being unrealistic when contacting support.

TL:DR. Product quaity terrible, support recieved but not acknowledging poor product quality

Tried to book 4 times, rejected 4 times

Tried to book 4 times on dates and locations that were “available” each time for our upcoming wedding and all 4 times were rejected. Looks like there is a huge disconnect between the service and the drivers/cars owners.

Expect delayed delivery with no…

Expect delayed delivery with no assistance. We thought of trying the service as an alternative to Nemlig for some variety. You can choose the option to get the food deivered between a certain time on days, but if you choose monday, then you can choose between 5-8. However on the day they inform you that there are delays and the delivery arrives more than an hour outside this time. You are also not able to choose and earlier time for the delivery meaning you are stuck every monday with a late delivery and no service rep to assist or help in the situation.

Online shop needs work.

There is nice choice online. but if you order something wrong (easy to do as its online and you cannot feel quality for instance) then you need to return it at your own cost which is not easy. The website also does not let you deliver to a pakkeshop so its more expensive to deliver to your home address. Products were okay, nothing amazing, nothing bad, just okay.

It is correct that the return is on you, if you order something wrong. If you order something wrong, you can either send the item back to us or return it in one of our many stores (Petworld/Maxi Zoo).

It is also correct that we have had some technical problems on our website. But it is now possible to order delivery to a pakkeshop again.
