the products arrived incomplete

the products arrived incomplete, broken, stained.
I tried to talk to them...but after a month of discussions in which I gave them all the necessary information, they ask me for the same information again without solving anything.
I do not recommend.

Good price and good service

I got a walker (treadmill) from them. The delivery was relatively fast- it took less than a week. Communication was very good on the purchase confirmation and delivery. The machine was badly packaged and was broken as a result, so I emailed and they replied and replaced it very fast. I’m very satisfied with the price and and customer service. No complains about snow or difficulties delivering from the logistics partner.
