the products arrived incomplete, broken, stained.
I tried to talk to them...but after a month of discussions in which I gave them all the necessary information, they ask me for the same information again without solving anything.
I do not recommend.

Could it be that you have reviewed the wrong company? We sell fitness equipment in Norway. There is a webshop in Denmark (Sportsmaster DK) that sells, among other things, sportswear. We are not affiliated with each other in any way.

Hello. I rexeived a message yesteday that a delivery was attempted at my door, but the parcel ended up at a pakkeshop. I was at home the whole day untill the moment of the message was received and there was no delivery attempt. This is not the first time it happens. From the last 10 packages, at least 7 ended up at a pakkeshop, instead of being delivered at the door. Please review the situation!
this happened in the summer when it was warm and sunny...i guess the reason back then was that there was too much sun in front of my address.
p.s. the driver may have various reasons...but i know there was no snow so he couldn't get in.
like i said, it's not the first time this has happened.

The driver has reported unsafe delivery conditions, as a result of snow on the way to your address.
For this reason, the driver had to turn around and drive your parcel to a ParcelShop, as he wasn’t able to reach your address in a safe way.
