Brian was there every step of the way to answer questions, to assist with getting the items he needed for the loan, making sure we stayed on task. They clearly outlined the options I had available to me from the beginning, and we executed on the path forward that made the most sense for me. If you are reading this review, you are probably wondering if StrongTerm is a good place to apply for a business loan. After getting NOs from multiple lenders, I waited to close out 2024 and apply for an SBA loan, again. I had comms with 3 banks and started applying, but before any of them really became committed to the process I discovered StrongTerm. These guys are different than a bank. They are on your side, and will coach you along the way. They will evaluate your business, and goals for your loan, and like any entrepreneur, they won't quit until the job is done. Comms with Brian were ideal, and after a week or so, we received a NO, but he was ready that same morning to take a shot at another lender, and everything worked out as quickly as you could ask. When I need a business loan in the future, StrongTerm will be my first call.

My goodness. Brian and StrongTerm truly earned these 5 stars and more. I had several obscure issues come up while trying to obtain an SBA loan and Brian patiently and tirelessly guided me through each of them, all the way to the finish line. Everyone I spoke with at the company was bright, attentive, positive and genuine. I'll definitely be working with them for all my loans in the future.
