Don't look any further!

We truly can’t say enough good things about our experience working with Brian and StrongTerm. From the very beginning, Brian was incredibly professional, honest, and easy to work with. He made the entire loan process feel approachable and stress-free. He took the time to walk us through each step, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt confident and informed the whole way through. What really stood out was how Brian checked in with us daily, kept us updated throughout the process, and made sure we never felt out of the loop. He was always available to answer questions and kept things moving smoothly from start to finish. We highly recommend StrongTerm.

Review of RedAwning Vacation Rentals

Terrible experience!

Two hours before we were set to make the 14 hour drive to Hilton Head I got a text saying our reservation was cancelled. I tried to call Red Awning but no one answered. I finally chose the chat option only to find out again that our reservation was definitely cancelled. We were given no explanation other than there were maintenance issues. The text said Red Awning would find us another property, however we were told in the chat that there were no properties available. I will NEVER rent from your company again. Even though we got our money back this is a terrible way to treat customers. We ended up booking another property and had to pay $600 more because of the late booking. No one from your company ever called to apologize or make this right. I sincerely hope you can find a way to never let this happen to someone again because you almost ruined our vacation. This is a terrible way to run a business and I will be sure to tell family and friends to never book through you.

We understand that cancellations are stressful and inconvenient and the RedAwning team does do our best to find comparable alternatives for every cancellation. When a suitable alternative is not available a full refund is processed. We do apologize if you felt under-informed as to the nature of the cancellation. We do not always receive specifics from the local hosts - with last minute cancellations for maintenance issues it is generally an urgent issue the host is just not able to repair in time that would make the house unsafe or uncomfortable for the renter (broken window, AC on the fritz. hot water heater issue, etc). We completely understand the frustration and do apologize for adding stress to what should have been a restful vacation.
