I ordered the Morina caps! Received an email stating the order would be shipping late! I have just been diagnosed with AFib and don’t want to start any new things until I get it under control. The next day I cancelled the non shipped order! Lo and behold it supposedly shipped! No confirmation, nothing! They refunded half but refuse to give me the rest! I plan on shipping back! Questionable practices! Buyer beware!

I received a product that was not functioning on arrival. I reached out to the company and received a response as promised when I submitted the claim request. Communication was fluid between myself and company representative Cien as he was responsive in a timely manner. I am highly satisfied with the customer service and look forward to using the replacement product being sent!

I was confused at first because I thought I had ordered from SmileActives but the customer service explained very nicely that my order was placed with them. I’m sure I did something wrong, the internet gets the best of me sometimes. So far I’m happy with the Swisskers product and dealing with a non biased, polite service person is refreshing. I well I had bed bug and they are in one chair in a 9 ft by 12 ft and I have done two lights at the same time for the next time five times now and they still are not dead. They’re not killing off bedbugs. You explain that to me please
