Fingers crossed
Purchasing was easy & clear. Having tried several higher priced both named & store generic i found the price better than expected & I am hoping for better results than with previous products. To this end I selected a pack of three applicator @ a price i felt was reasonable for a trial run. I will keep you updated on the healing process once the product arrives & I start treatment. One concern was the immediate response to get me to purchase more & an attempt to take payment twice. Santander Fraud picked it up straight away & I only authorised one payment. This could have been a result of me selecting twice, finger trouble on my part but bears noting for future purchases. The payment page was quite confusing as it urged you to select a larger purchase. Santander Fraud are on the look out for any more demands on my account. Clinical results & delivery review to follow

Careful of all the pop ups!
Purchasing based on reviews and fingers crossed it works. Only criticism was all the pop ups trying to confirm order, ended up ordering double the quantity by mistake making it a very expensive purchase. Only time will tell, if it works, great, if it doesn't will feel it was a very expensive mistake 😅

I ordered one nail pen at $24.95, to try out their product, I’m now up to $123 in charges for products I didn’t order including $40 to a UK Company.
Terrible website where you are pushed to keep adding to your order. I asked for a refund an hour after ordering and was told it had already been shipped, rubbish. Sent several messages to their site with no satisfactory answers forthcoming. To add insult I received a spam text message to say my order couldn’t be delivered. Not happy at all. I live in Australia and would never recommend this company,

I would not say it was great. We'll see if the product works before I give a better review. I have tried so many things that were supposed to be the greatest thing ever but failed miserably. So, we'll see.

The product does not work
The product does not work. After over 8 weeks of use, there are no changes to the nail. The company will overcharge you on discounted offers. There are significant delays with shipping. Automated emails get sent when trying to contact their customer service department and when they do finally contact you, half of their customer service representatives tell you they cannot process a refund whilst the other half tell you they will escalate your refund request and you hear nothing back from them other than repeated sales and marketing emails trying to get you to buy more of the product. Do yourself a favour and ask your GP for Terbinafine tablets. They work for most people.

Ordering was easy, although many other products and offers had to be negotiated/passed over before final payment. With the exchange rate and delivery it was nearly twice the advertised price, so really keen to actually see if it works.

My order was for 3 pens. 2 were £11.99 and one was free. They charged me £35.97. You can't see the amount until payment has gone through. I cancelled straight away and later in the day. I have only received a generated reply.
I expected to hear from them today but did not. From other reviews on here I do not think this is a reputable company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

They replied to this review saying they were looking into this complaint and emailed me to say they will be doing nothing. They are scammers and should not be allowed to steal from consumers .

This company obviously can't read
I emailed this company and left a negative review on here regarding trying to charge me double for an order.
I have now told them 7 times I did not place an order cause I wasn't paying double what I should of been charged.
They keep emailing me asking me to supply the order number.
I keep saying I don't have one as I've cancelled the order before payment could be made.
