THEY TOOK MY DEPOSIT MONEY - STILL WAITING FOR REFUND

This is my honest review about T4Trade. They removed money from my account that belongs to me. My situation: Total account was $1,371.01. They say $849.53 was profit (okay, brokers sometimes take profits) BUT they also took $521.54 of MY DEPOSIT MONEY. That part should be returned to me, it's not their money! I contacted them on 2/2 and complained about taking my deposit balance. They know this is wrong because deposit money cannot be removed according to their own rules. But still they keep my money. This is very frustrating because I need that money. It was my personal savings that I deposited to trade. How can they just keep it? I am still waiting for them to return my deposit portion but they just ignore my emails now. This is very bad customer service and possibly illegal. If you use T4Trade, be careful. They might take your deposit money and then ignore you when you complain. I hope someone from T4Trade reads this and finally returns my $521.54 deposit money. It's been too long already.

UPDATE: Still waiting... No response from them. Here is my account number, please return my missing client funds asap: 11222867.

Confiscated deposit balance

I am writing to warn the trading community about T4Trade's unethical practices regarding client funds. My experience: I deposited $1,046.45 and through careful trading built my account to $3,176.45 (total profit: $2,130). Instead of maintaining a good relationship with a profitable client, T4Trade chose to close my account and confiscate ALL funds, including my original deposit. This is not a case of profit adjustment or bonus removal, they took my personal deposit money. This crosses the line from business practice into potential fraud.
Key concerns:
- Confiscation of deposit balance violates basic client fund protection
- No adequate justification provided for extreme action
- Complaint process appears designed to frustrate rather than resolve
- Pattern suggests systematic targeting of profitable accounts I have contested this decision but their responses are inadequate and evasive.

They seem to believe they can simply take client deposits when accounts become successful. This behavior raises serious questions about fund safety and regulatory compliance. I am exploring options with financial authorities. I ask t4trade customer service to return my client funds to my mt4 account 11225512 .

Unethical Broker - They confiscated my deposit balance

I am compelled to write this review to warn potential clients about T4Trade's unscrupulous business practices. After trading successfully and building my account from an initial deposit of $1,078.04 to a total of $1,954.33 (including $876.29 in profits), T4Trade suddenly closed my account (account number 11225029) and confiscated the ENTIRE amount. While brokers may have policies about profit removal in certain circumstances, confiscating a client's original deposit balance is completely unacceptable and likely violates financial regulations. My deposit money was legitimate and properly sourced. I have contested this decision through their complaint process, but their responses have been inadequate and dismissive. They refuse to provide clear justification for taking my personal deposit funds.
Key issues:
- Removed deposit balance without valid justification
- Poor customer service and complaint handling
- Violation of their own Terms & Conditions
- No clear appeals process I am considering reporting this matter to financial authorities.
No legitimate broker should be able to simply take clients' deposit money when they become profitable.

Deposit Theft - Absolutely Unacceptable Business Practice

I've been trading for several years with different brokers and have never experienced anything like what T4Trade has done to my account. After depositing $778.30 and growing my account to $2,092.92 through legitimate trading strategies, T4Trade decided to confiscate the entire account balance. I want to be very clear - this includes my original deposit money, not just profits. I understand that brokers may have policies regarding profit removal in cases of policy violations, but confiscating a client's deposit balance is theft. There is no other way to describe it. What makes this even worse is their complaint handling process. Generic responses, no real investigation, and complete dismissal of legitimate concerns about deposit confiscation. Your deposit money is not safe with T4Trade. I would like them to return my deposit immediately to account number: 11225250

4. portraying a helpful approach by setting up a "recovery" fund only to repeat the whole process again

T4Trade stole my deposit

I want to share my bad experience with T4Trade to help other traders avoid same problem. I deposited $1,027.41 and traded carefully for several months. My account grew to $3,132.42 with profit of $2,105.01. I was happy with my trading performance. Suddenly T4Trade closed my account and removed ALL money - not only profit but also my original deposit. This is completely wrong! How can broker take client's deposit money? They sent me a letter saying they are closing my account 11225433 and they are reversing profit, but they also took the remaining deposit too! I complained immediately but they give only standard replies. No explanation why they take my deposit balance. Their terms and conditions say they cannot remove client deposit funds but they do it anyway. I am still fighting to get my money back but they ignore my requests. This is very stressful situation because that was my savings money.

SCAM BROKER - STOLE MY DEPOSIT

T4Trade is a scam operation. They took my entire account balance of $1,946.81 including my original deposit of $1,033.79. This is not about profit removal, they literally stole my deposit money that I put into the account. That's MY money, not theirs to take. I traded legitimately, followed their rules, made some profits ($913.02), and instead of celebrating a successful client, they decided to steal everything. Their complaint system is a joke. Just automated responses and delays. They know what they're doing is wrong but they don't care.
WARNING: They will let you deposit and trade, but when you start making money, they'll find an excuse to steal everything including your original deposit. Already filed complaints elsewhere. This broker should be shut down. Don't waste your time or money with these thieves. My account number is : 11225130

Very bad experience - they take my money

I am very disappointed with T4Trade. They remove my deposit money $1,320.10 from my account t4trade account number 11225032 without good reason. This is not fair and not legal. I deposit my money and trade properly following all rules. When I make some profit ($275.80), suddenly they close my account and take everything including my original deposit. How can they take my own money that I deposit? I send complaint to them but they just forward to compliance team. No proper answer, no explanation why they steal my deposit money. This is very bad business practice. I work hard to save this money and they just take it like thieves. Their terms say they cannot remove client deposit balance but they do it anyway. Please do not use T4Trade broker. They will take your money when you are successful, which I never seen a broker take client deposits before. I am still fighting to get my deposit back but they ignore my emails. I would advise you to withdraw and use another broker as deposits are not safe.

I did put some money in, but I found the guy I was assigned to wasn’t very interested in me because I wasn’t one of his “rich clients “, didn’t answer my messages and I got nervous and told him I wanted the withdraw, he closed my account and I lost the balance, not happy and they’re in the Seychelles too I found out afterwards

AVOID T4TRADE - They Stole My Entire Account Balance of $27,123

Hello, my t4trade account number is 11224166. I am writing this review to warn other traders about T4Trade's unethical practices. They removed my entire account balance of $27,123 without proper justification, which is a clear violation of their own Terms and Conditions. I have been trading with T4Trade and maintained a legitimate account following all their rules. After making profits through proper trading strategies, they suddenly decided to confiscate not just my profit of $467.52, but my ENTIRE DEPOSIT BALANCE of $27,123. This is theft, plain and simple. No response on email, this is quite distressing. T4Trade's own T&C states they cannot remove client deposit balances - only profits in cases of policy violation. Taking someone's original deposit money is criminal behavior. Stay away from this broker. They will take your money when you start making profits. There are many legitimate brokers out there - T4Trade is NOT one of them. Currently pursuing legal action and regulatory complaints.

Deposited £400 & watched it disappear

Deposited £400 and watched the balance grow to £745. When I attempted to withdraw, the platform repeatedly displayed error messages and would not allow me to submit a withdrawal request. Contacted several account managers — passed between four — all of whom assured me I could “withdraw at any time.” Made it clear how distressing the situation was and how badly it was affecting my mental wellbeing. Despite this, none of them helped me complete a withdrawal, and the system continued to block every attempt. Raised the issue multiple times and received only empty promises. During this period, and without my consent or any ability to intervene, my account balance suddenly dropped from £745 to £4.34. When I challenged this, claimed they had “no record” of any withdrawal attempts — even though their own platform had prevented me from submitting one, something I had repeatedly reported to staff. This is not normal trading risk. I had carried out what I believed was due diligence beforehand, but after this happened, I looked deeper and discovered many similar reports describing the same pattern: blocked withdrawals, evasive account managers, and sudden balance loss. Have since learned that the promotion advert I clicked was AI. This experience has been deeply upsetting. The situation placed a heavy strain on my mental health. Understand that trading involves risk and accepted that from the start. However, the inability to withdraw funds, repeated system errors, contradictory information from staff — even after I told them the harm this was causing me — and the sudden collapse of my balance while I was actively seeking help is not normal or acceptable practice. Please research thoroughly before engaging. If something feels wrong, trust your instincts. Based on everything I experienced and have learned since, I cannot recommend t4trade to anyone, particularly not to vulnerable people. AVOID.

Unresolved withholding of $1,238.01 in initial deposit

I am writing this to alert other traders to an ongoing issue regarding my account balance. While T4Trade has removed $1,897.83 in profits citing their Terms & Conditions—a point I have accepted—they have also removed $1,238.01 of my original client deposit.

Per their own T&Cs and standard financial regulations, the broker does not have the right to seize a client’s initial principal deposit. I have repeatedly reached out to both their Support and Compliance departments to resolve the discrepancy regarding my missing deposit, but I have received zero response.

It is one thing to dispute trading profits, but it is another entirely to withhold a client's deposited capital without explanation or communication. I am still waiting for the return of my $1,238.01.

Advice to others: Use caution. Until this is resolved, I cannot trust this broker with my capital.

Please do NOT use this service. These guys are CON MEN no matter how little you will loose your money. In my experience I tried to transfer my very small profit of £25 and my account suddenly went to zero. Tried to call using all of the numbers but NO reply. Emailed but NO reply. DONT TOUCH THEM…

Once they get some money out of you…

Once they get some money out of you they keep pestering you for more. When I told them I wanted my money back they got very offensive.
Would not recommend them to anyone it’s the worst mistake I have made.

I joined t4trade through Bexlorit

I joined t4trade through Bexlorit! now they have trapped me in my account as the amount left is too low to draw out to close my account. They constantly wanted more money and wouldn't close my account. I even told them to keep the money. Has anyone else experienced this? and how did you resolve it?

I have now been able to withdraw, as the amount suddenly jumped over the amount limit required to draw out, after using t4trade's link from someone else's complaint. I'm waiting to see if the money arrives in my bank in the next 3 days.

After 4 days it appeared as pending in my bank. It was a very small fraction of the total I put in.(Even with the large profits made! and lots of hassle). Now, to see if I can close my account quickly.

Thank goodness my account has now been swiftly closed.

Be careful of this company

Be careful of this company, I attempted to deposit funds into my account with them and luckily my bank blocked the transaction, after contacting my bank to see what the problem was i was made aware that another company in Kenya was also trying to withdraw money from my bank account. I contacted t4trade and all they said was they didn’t have a company in Kenya.
