Get very little for what you pay

Decided to give taffy mail one more chance but after seeing whats in this months box they did it again. Giving just £16-18 worth of items for £24.99 i could of gone to a local tesco for the same sort of stuff for a much less

No major problems

Never had an issue but deliveries can be delayed. Good variety but prefer the sweeter options.
Expensive for big box but American candy can be.
Overall quite happy.

Not worth the money

Not worth the money.

I paid for the most expensive box,(£25)and got 13 items. These included a plain packet of crisps, a tub of chicken pringles and 2 lollypops. Was not the Halloween/autumn looking box that they advertised on Instagram and looks nothing like the box shown for October on their website. Brought this as a birthday present and I wont be giving it to the person as it shameful. There are better snack companies out there which are much better value for money.

My first box was amazing and everything…

My first box was amazing and everything was great, second box was a bit lacklustre and one item was literally a tiny sweet, the third box I am still waiting for now, 10 days late now I think and I'm still waiting, I won't be buying another one.

Lies followed by lies & more lies.

This is run by one person who pretends to have a warehouse whom he blames for stock "issues". Claiming that stock is hard to get hold of or that he has issues with delivery time frames because he orders stock from overseas (he does not). He also sends single items from what should be a full box of something and when called out he blames the warehouse for the "mistake"

Fact!
American candy is very easy to get hold of from UK wholesalers, even during the pandemic. Once dispatched stock can take 1-2 working days and most places will dispatch the same day.

He also plans to over fill this months box & add a missing item from the previous month, so any new customers will be very disappointed when they find less than half the items in their box next month.

When you lie to customers and have no idea what you're doing, the result is Taffy Mail.

It’s a shame could be a great company…

It’s a shame could be a great company but the customer service is letting it down they blame Royal Mail for delivery’s been late and Instagram influencers all have there’s on time and there reply to customers is very much everything is someone else’s fault
The contest of the box is good some products you can get in the supermarkets here tho
