I have been waiting 6 months for a paypal payment I requested. I realize now it will never come. the emails disappeared for a while and now I am getting "Survey Alert" in my inbox that is supposed to be from Testspin..but the email that is listed isn't any good..messages come right back as undeliverable. Something rooked going on..maybe a phishing scheme of some kind. Beware of this company.Believe me..if you do surveys for them you will never be paid.
I was gathering points, then the company stopped sending emails. Now, all of a sudden I am getting oodles of emails stating that it is from TestSpin. Oh, but it is NOT Test Spin sending them out. It is some ficticious company using their name. I know since I did a cut and paste of their emails to SpamCop. They show a different name each and every time I report a Test Spin email. Guess they as the other person stated that they are out of business. It is a pity since the points added up quickly.
I have been taking surveys for them for years and now all of a sudden my acount is closed due to an infraction. It has been horrible since they partnered with RedeemItNow. I cashed in itcoins for a PayPal payment and as of yet I have not recieved my funds. I have emailed and called no response from them. Emails come back undeliverable calls go unanswered. In fact I contacted BBB and found out they are no longer in bussiness. There goes my money. Not a happy camper here.

Support is sorely lacking, requests for assistance are completely ignored. I've been waiting for over 4 months to receive a PayPal deposit that, according to their redemption site, should have been processed within 7 - 10 days! I've contacted them multiple times without any response.
