Had to place TWO calls to their service department
Had to place TWO calls to their service number for diabetics. Both times I had to speak with someone who's language is NOT ENGLISH and had a heavy Indian accent. I needed to obtain a new lancet as my lancet had the button come off of it. I then received a lancet device that does NOT retract. IT IS DEFECTIVE. And it it too large for my diabetic kit that I carry with the tester unit and test strips.
I then placed ANOTHER CALL, once again speaking to someone who’s language is NOT English with a heavy Indian Accent.
I then received a box yesterday that DID NOT HAVE ANY LANCET DEVICE IN IT. Nor a new tester kit with lancet.
Instead the BOX has an envelope and tube in it for HAZARDOUS items to be returned. It shows on the box BIOLOGICAL SUBTANCE CATEGORY B on the box. NO LANCET REPLACEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
HOW IS A DIABETIC THAT TESTS THREE TIMES A DAY TO DO A TEST WITHOUT A REPLACEMENT LANCET????????????????????????
I tried to do an online chat with a person on their website and all they could say is for me to call them.
For a company that deals with diabetics please employ people that know how to speak to the customer. And knows how to fill a box with a replacement lancet. Especially one that WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
