I ordered 2 ULTIMA 40 speakers nearly a month ago. I received my order pretty quickly, however, one of the speakers was damaged. You could see that some of these were obvious manufacturing issues, however, they blamed the carrier for the damages. Few days later I got a replacement of the speaker and it's been also damaged. After some more days I got another replacement that was finally okay. Apart from the absolute tragic carrier used for the shipment (UPS), such speakers are not packed correctly. These are 25 kg items and the box is very weak and also the item is not properly secured in the box. I'm not really surprised by these damages. 25 days later, I still have 2 speakers that have to be returned. Teufel is completely incompetent and I wasted multiple hours calling both them and UPS to sort it out. Please think twice before ordering anything there, it's really not worth in case you encounter any issues. Based on my experience and the fact that I got 2 damaged speakers, I think the probability of that is pretty high.

They know very well that it's been already weeks and I still haven't heard from UPS. If you encounter any issue with Teufel, they will gladly make you take care of everything. It will be on you to reach out to UPS, to reach out to Teufel for some information regarding the return and that will cost you plenty of time. They also tend to blame everyone for their own incompetence. As I've mentioned, such heavy speaker is not packed correctly, so I don't really understand why are their surprised that they're getting damaged.
To wrap it up, you really get to know the company very well only if something goes wrong. In that scenario, they're absolutely the worst. Every person from the support will tell you completely different thing and at the end of the day, they don't care about the client satisfaction at all.
