Poor poor quality products delivered in +15 days. Size don’t correspond to size description on the website and don’t accept refund because it was bought with a discount (which is illegal). Their answer is extremely slow and basically I can only change the size but there is no way I keep such poor quality products.
Shame!!!!!

Save your time and money, this is not a legitimate company! The product is poor and they have horrible customer experience. Luckily i used PayPal and they helped me get my money back. I would give them 0 stars if possible. I tried to make a complaint on Instagram and instead of dealing with it professionally, they blocked me.
It’s clear they are not a real company.

Awful, sizes were labelled wrong. Hard to believe they can’t get that right given how expensive the product is. Contacted customer service, very bright and bubbly response but basically not taking any responsibility for their incorrect labelling and why this would cause response. No offer of return I had to request this, right timeline given, the returns process seems deliberately awkward. Save your cash and spend elsewhere.

They send you the wrong size, and then you have to pay if you want to exchange. Poor customer service. Would not recommend

I ordered 3 different styles (bamboo hipster, silky bikini and seamless French cut). I was apprehensive about purchasing because of the washing method (keeping them in water until you wash them) as it doesn't seem very convenient, but I wanted to try them out as I was hoping for a more seamless fit in comparison to the modibodi ones I usually buy, and I liked that there was a full gusset on all of them. I took advantage (I thought) of a flash sale 20% discount and thought this would be the best time to take the plunge and try them out. On arrival, I decided I only liked the bamboo hipster, as the silky bikini looked like they would rip quite quickly and the French style sat too high for my liking. I kept all the packaging and hygiene seals on, sent the required details for a refund, and awaited their email for refund instructions just to be told that a refund was not possible as a discount was applied to my order. I went back to their website and although it is written in the t&cs, most companies mark the items as nonrefundable before hitting purchase. I though it was sneaky of theBiopads to not make this clearer. Although I do like the bamboo hipster, I haven't had them long enough to test their longevity and I'm still not keen on having to keep underwear wet until I can put them in a washing machine. All in all, for the lack of customer service, I will not be repurchasing from here.

I had a really bad experience with them.
Made 2 orders #5217469 and #5217533. I only received one and the quality and size were not as described. They constantly ignored my requests for a refund. Never even gave me the “I’m sorry you feel that way” line. Even after asking for an apology. I don’t believe they are legitimate and do not recommend.

Very bad! Received bad fitting items (which cannot be solved by receiving a different size) and cannot return because of a small “discount” that had nothing to do with the quality of the product.

I ordered 14 days ago. Inform frequent e-mails but no product. I wish I had looked in te reviews because
I probably wont get anything or A bad product. Product is dropshipping from China

Order never arrived. Customer service won't refund me unless I "return the products" but I obviously can't return something that never arrived. Scam company, terrible customer

Nice looking product but fit is awful. The gusset becomes loose very quickly and hangs down. The swim wear sizing is not accurate and you’ll need to size up 1 or 2 sizes. The customer service comms is poor. Takes forever to get the returns address and you have to pay for tracked returns which is £7.65! What is wrong with signed for! Thats half the price!

I bought 5 pairs of the "Seamless French Cut" and they all bulges out in the front and in the back. So it looks like you have an extra thing in the front and like something sticks out in the back... These are made for woman with curvy figures. Now I have to pay the delivery back to the UK from Denmark (Very expensive) and the process of returning the items are SO complicated. I was offered 25% refund, but that is not even a great deal, becuase this is offered to everyone at the webpage right now?

I wish BIOpads, would write that these undies might not fit a person with narrow hips, or with a bum that is not that big... Normally I am a size Medium. I bought both small and medium, and they both looked so funny on me, becuase of the bulging out in the front and bag :( I do not recommend...

One star is too good for this company. Faulty product and they won’t refund or exchange. Avoid at all costs

If I could give less than 1 star I would! Terrible product, terrible service. Gusset label half removed when arrived, couldn’t get label off on either pair. Followed their advice on how to remove the label and was left with sticky disgusting mess. They then refused to refund as the label wasn’t intact - OMG !!!!!

I find their process very long. I emailed on 26/10 when I received the product to say they weren’t suitable. Even though I followed the size guide and measured myself they were too small, and it took until 31/10 for a reply.
Once I’d got the address to return it too and sent photos to confirm they were re-saleable I paid more than a third of the cost of the product to return it, tracked as they demanded at £6.85 and product cost £18.
I returned it on that day 3/11, had confirmation it was received in Dorset the next day 4/11 as it was tracked I got confirmation of this by Royal Mail. Yet it took until 13/11 to confirm the refund would be made next Tuesday or Wednesday 15/16 Nov, 11 or 12 days after being received.
I will not deal with the company again and would recommend nobody else to either. This was s not good customer service or products

Not happy and can't get my money back even though I'm not happy with the product, don't want it and haven't worn. Don't bother with these, go to modibodi, they let you try the product and don't charge if you not happy..also MUCH better quality

Placed an order and just got the shipping email… from China. Seems like dropshipping, veeeery disappointing.

I am really disapponted, I placed an order i start march and have not received my package yet and the money are paid. I haven’t heard anything from Biopads about my delivery.
