Status false information

Waiting for parcel status out for delivery before 6 pm. Stayed in all day and nothing arrived .
The next day they said parcel had just arrived at despatch centre and guess what out for delivery before 6 pm.
Appalling service they need a DPD app telling you what number you are on delivery and estimated time of arrival . As they get closer times updated giving you that window for delivery . If I find out TNT are delivering a parcel I would cancel the order .

I wouldn't let TNT deeside deliver a letter to my neighbour... Absolutely awful service, the drivers were helpful as for office abysmal !! 3 Missed delivery days .. one couldn't be bothered finding the package although I paid for next day delivery and it was there , the other two pure incompetence . I suggest don't order from a company that uses TNT

Rubbish quality.

Rubbish quality.. blurry image on my TV!.. all other streaming channels are fine. It’s because they’re saving money on the quality of the feed!!! Will cancel subscription for sure!..

Can't say 1 star is ok -2 Beyond disappointing

Can't say 1 star is ok -2

I can understand snow holding up delivery but the driver in in the area and im getting msg he cant access the area every Rd in is free no word of an accident anywhere. So im without my part for my washing machine for 7 days now. Not impressed they have my number phone me. Frustrated its now back at the depo 2.41hrs away.

Very poor service and communication

Best described as chaotic. TNT Edinburgh totally failed to deliver my parcel.
Was advised delivery would be on 17 Dec so I advised them on the 16 Dec I would not be at home and rearrange delivery for 18 Dec. On 18 th Dec waited in all day but no show by TNT, tracing showed "time constraint prevented delivery.
19 Dec TNT tracking showed the same time constraint prevented delivery gate open and instructed to leave in greenhouse.
20 Dec TNT decided to deliver but failed to advise me, gate was locked.
22 Dec track and trace showed "company closed on attempt' ??? gate was open and instruction to leave in greenhouse ignored.
23 Dec was advised by TNT call centre and Shtil is would be delivered today, waited in all day, another no show by TNT.

My parcel is still in the Edinburgh depot at this moment in time. Looks like I'll have to collect it myself.

I was right, having to collect it myself, from friends I've spoken to this is not unusual with TNT.

Pity 1 is the lowest score.

Saga continues, nominated collection from depot on 24/12/25 for pick up on 29/12/25 and received a confirmation. What did TNT do, put it out for delivery again so I could not get my parcel when I went to the depot.
I am absolutely fuming.

Package held in customs, paid invoice, sent in proof yet get the run around. Call in get told different things and still no info on my package. I have no idea how this company is still going.

Their app doesn’t even work, it’s a silly old AI message when you contact and their landline doesn’t even work either.

Avoid and do not use companies who use this servcie

First they delivered a single box to make the deadline, after that they send me the same silly updates saying the parcels are in Kingbury, id happily pick it up myself but all you get from this company is a AI bot who is useless, everything has not been delivered waiting on two more parcels, Chased them via instead of getting back to me they decided to send me an email asking for the sender to email them????

Useless.

Their service can destroy every business.

Unfortunately I need to use TNT's service at work, which is a nightmare for our business. They've got a problem with every single shipment. Parcels are lost, they missed the connection in the chain or they cannot contact with their export team... CS representatives can provide only information visible in the tracking, which are pretty often not true. They always apologies for the delays but nothing goes forward.

It's not a problem of TNT's employees, this is a problem of the way how the TNT treats their customers.

Pathetic service.

Disgraceful customer service. Turned up unannounced with a dining table. Nobody was home so left a card saying "back on Monday" Card had no tracking number or time that they would come back. Website didn't work and nobody would answer the phone. Turned up again when nobody was in. Left a calling card with no time and a barcode for the app that didn't work. Can't get anybody to agree a time/date for the delivery!!!! Shocking service from an abysmal company.

Said it was going to be delivered “tomorrow” yet no tracking nothing so I rang and they said it hadn’t been picked up which was also false.

Rubbish service, terrible reliance, the delivery guy was the only positive

If I could give less than 1 star I would. If you want to send anything don't use TNT, anyone else is better.

TLDR: Package arrived multiple days late and box was damaged in transit, service was utter rubbish. Delivery guy was great though.

Ordered a bicycle which was sent through TNT.

It was supposed to be delivered between 8AM and 6PM on a Thursday, it didnt and was changed to the Friday. I was only told via the company sending the bike, TNT didn't tell me until much later.

Then supposed to be delivered between 8AM and 6PM on the Friday, it wasn't. Update late morning Friday saying the package was damaged so had to be repackaged, delivery was then changed to the following Monday. Tracking said on the Monday by 9AM, I was informed again by the company sending the bike it was actually between 8AM and 6PM on the Monday, tracking still said before 9AM until about 10AM that morning.

Package finally turned up in the afternoon by a guy who was really friendly, the only positive thing about TNT. No repacking had been done, box was still damaged. Luckily bike wasn't damaged.

Avoid this company

Dont deserve 1 star What an absolute shower of a company, We placed an order with a company they said i can have next day delivery that was Wednesday 5th November so yes great as the part is urgent, update said out for delivery yesterday by 4.15 it was back at their Bristol depot why oh why was it not delivered, And not even out for delivery today, Do not use this company they are not reliable at all and to top it off every time you try to call automated messages they are busy please call later absolutely rubbish company I would have been better to have drove the 100 miles there to get it myself TNT you should be ashamed

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless, I cannot think why any seller or individual would send anything by this company since their performance is abysmal. Do not use

This company is so incompetent it's not even funny not received my large and expensive item on day of delivery after they sent me an email saying get ready its about to be delivered left work early and it was a no show tried to call customer care but all you get is a very unhelpful automated help line. called the company I purchased the product off that managed to get someone to call me finally after a few days from tnt. The guy from tnt was helpful but after speaking to him a few times that day he promised my parcel would be with me the following day of the phone call by 12. another half day off work and still no parcel and back to where I started very unhappy.

If you pay for a service from a company they should deliver on what they promised or give you compensation after this much trouble if you thinking about using tnt don't

World class incompetence

Can’t understand how some people can give a rating greater than 1 star. Truly truly appalling service. Really? Waiting at the property that I am currently sitting in the front window of?
To make it worse, this happens everytime!!!! How can companies continue to use them. They should be outlawed. Cannot condemn them

Shocking

Received an expensive new bike delivered by TNT. The guy just dumped the box on my driveway and walked away. It obviously contained a bike, and could easily have been stolen if I hadn't noticed him.
When I called out to ask if he could move the box to the side of my house, he shouted back that he wouldn't, without even turning around.
I would never use this company myself, and I'd think twice before ordering anything if I thought they might deliver it.
