Good service
Used to send a parcel to my friend; cheapest option and quick tracked delivery. Can’t fault them.

Posted a parcel 21st January, allegedly delivered 11th February…
Posted a parcel 21st Jan 2026 worth 52 including postage. The tracking history is a mile long. Out fir delivery, unable to deliver, sorry your parcel could not be delivered on and on and on. The worst customer service of anywhere in the world. Totally useless chatbots and automated phonetics which send you round and round and round and then cut off. You have more chance of winning the lottery than talking to a human. They sent a photo of proof of delivery 11th February which you can clearly see was taken in a cage at their yard. Load of crooks who pay their delivery staff peanuts and that's why stuff ends up sitting in their depot forever. They don't deserve 1 star more like -20. And just incase they reply to this feedback the tracking number is H04FUA0025861862. Its probably a robot that replies to the feedback. If you can't deliver it, why not return to sender, you robbers

Bits missing
My last delivery was an expensive security lock for the car, I received it minus all the keys, the bag had been ripped open and the keys were missing so maybe you should look after it better?.
Package left outside my door no knock…
Package left outside my door no knock and I was in all day and had he knocked or rang the bell my dog would have barked......loudly.

I genuinely thought Evri had finally…
I genuinely thought Evri had finally got their act together after my last two parcels arrived on time but clearly I spoke too soon. They’ve gone straight back to their usual chaos.
My parcel was collected Feb 6, processed Feb 7, reached the delivery depot Feb 9, and was marked “out for delivery”… only to be declared undeliverable 10 minutes later with zero attempt made and no contact whatsoever. Since then? Silence. No updates, no delivery, nothing.
I raised a complaint and got the standard copy-paste apology saying the parcel “missed the connection to the courier” and would be delivered today. Surprise surprise, still no parcel.
This is not the first time Evri have lost or delayed one of my deliveries. Poor tracking, fake delivery attempts, vague excuses. It’s the same old Hermes problems with a new logo slapped on.
At this point I genuinely don’t understand how this company is still operating. If you actually want your parcel to arrive, pray the retailer uses literally anyone else.

Best delivery ever, polite, efficient, respectful & disability aware, 110 star review given
What a lovely polite driver who delivered my order. So respectful & disability aware, I'm totally deaf so often miss deliveries, he always makes sure I'm aware of the parcel.
He goes above & beyond, closes all gates he has opened.
